Tse-Yang - Meticulous service is matched by the flawless presentation of the freshest seasonal ingredients at Tse-Yang. Enjoy our exceptional Dim Sum along with other oriental classics. Tse-Yang is open between 1 PM and 3:30 PM, and from 8 PM to 11 PM. Reservations required.

Bar Dry San Sebastian - The brand new “Dry San Sebastián” Bar at the hotel María Cristina combines tradition with innovation. Cocktails here are created with sensations, emotions, aromas and flavours. The bar boasts a magnificent range of cocktails crowned by the signature DRY Martini. A wide range of food is also available. Dry San Sebastián is open daily from 11 AM to 2 AM in the summer, and 11 AM to midnight in winter.
