“Would love to go back”

The fireplace in the room barely visible. The gas was so low you could hardly see the flame. When i called the front desk he said there wasnt anything they could do. They couldnt turn up the gas! Too bad.... why have a fireplace in the room if you are gonna do that.

“Great Experience”

Wonderful experience in Cambria CA--and being right across from the beach was perfect. Requested and got late check-out so my daughter and I could go for a long walk on the beach and watch the seals. Hotel was great--staff was so friendly and ready to do anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

“CAMBRIA - HIGHLIGHT OF OUR TOUR”

We stopped off overnight en-route from LA to San Francisco by chance and loved the hotel and it's location so much we cut short our stay in SF to get back to the same hotel for another two nights on our way back to LA. Perfect location and although just off the PCH (Hwy 1), still quiet and comfortable with easy access to the beach and its colonies of chipmunks (come up to you on the boardwalk) and seals. Perfect sunsets and good eating nearby. Rooms were spacious and well appointed with some nice touches and the staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good tho' the room was a bit small to accommodate all the guests at times. Good pool (where you can also eat breakfast). I'd go back there and recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Very impressed”

The best hotel we stayed in on this vacation. Love it! They even had warm cookies for us when we arrived. Also, they gave us excellent ideas for restaurants.

“Perfect Location”

The overall condition of the Inn was excellent: staff very friendly and helpful, easy check in earlier than expected, spacious room and amenities. The location on Moonstone Beach was outstanding -- just a short walk to dining facilities and a short drive to town. This is my destination the next time I go to Cambria.

“Perfect”

I stayed in my dream room: across a quiet street from the beach, with a gas fireplace, whirlpool bath and great breakfast buffet. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. This was my first stay here but I'll definitely be back within the year and bring my friends for a weekend! There is no fast food or diner within walking distance, however there is a restaurant a couple of blocks away where dinner can be obtained for $25-30/person. Less expensive choices are a few minutes drive away.

“BW Fireside”

Great Hotel, Great Location, Good Price. The patio overlooking the ocean is for all to use. Good breakfast every morning. Nice size pool and spa. Great location for viewing wildlife. Only 6 miles from Hearst Castle.
