Nice but overpriced. Balconies with no patio.

Would of liked to see more chairs near jacuzzi area. Somewhere to sit besides in hotel. View to bushes, no patio to the sliding glass door, you are welcomed to an iron fence, confused why they have it at all. Young staff need more training, there is a female receptionist that was very nice. How about name tags?

Pros: Breakfast was ok.
Cons: Hotel staff should be better informed regarding their community. Alow guests to check in before 4 PM.
Location: The pic looks like it would be a nice, scenic property . Nothing could be further from the case. Your next to a road with no views what-so-ever.
It was not a good experience. The hotel is trying for a staus that it doesn't deserve on so many counts. If your into plastic bath tubs, drains that stop....and the list goes on, then welcome to the delux king suite I had reserved.

Nice but...

Overall, the room was clean and nice, however, the shower head was so low flow that it took forever to rinse, especially hair. Also, very little space around the bathroom sink and the sink location over head lighting needs to be improved.

Bathroom was poorly designed, no fart fan. Sink area to small , wifi reception was lousy. A lot of money for little amenities .

Close to beach but not on water

Hotel was nice, clean for the most part. Beds were okay but older. room was clean but you could see where they swept dirt under the furniture, a tad gross. Breakfast was short sided even for continental breakfast. All in all good hotel but not for the price at all!!!!

Pros: Great location. Beautiful place
Cons: Have a customer service discussion with all. Advise them that they would not be employed without the customer. Smiles go a long way.
Location: Quant little town with great restaurants and shopping. Excellent coastline strolling.Real good down home feel. Hearst Castle nearby.
The facility is very nice. Felt a little strange by the loftiness of the clerk on the afternoon we checked in. We inquired about places to eat and he suggested three, based on what level of dining experience we wanted. After checking in we looked on line to discover one was offering a discount on wine. When we went back downstairs and asked if there were any dining coupons available, he reached in a drawer and pulled out the discount card for one of the restaurants he recommended. The morning clerk was much friendlier. I also forgot a dual device charger plugged in at the coffee station. Upon discovery once we arrived home I called the Inn. This was 9 hours after checkout. I advised the clerk and he said he would look. An hour later I called back and was told it was not there and he would check with housekeeping and call me the next day. No call. I called and was told it was not turned in. So, do not leave anything and expect to get it back. Not much money but it's the principle.

Overpriced, considering that our room was only 50 feet or less from the freeway.
