This is the second time we have been to this hotel and it did not disappoint. The staff where so friendly and helpful. The location is great near to the centrer but also in an area where there are enough restaurants that you don't have to go back into the centre if you don't want to. The breakfast was lovely and the staff where so helpful and by the end of our staff the catering staff knew my order and would deliver it before I sat down which was really nice.

Staff very friendly, avg hotel for Europe, good breakfast. We had a 3 person stay, the full bed and single were separated by rooms which was different, and each room a bit small, but tuned out fine as my daughter probably needed the space anyway since we had been traveling so much. Room was quiet and adequate .

Access to Milan is eased with a courtesy shuttle bus and the staff are very helpful with advice on getting around the area . Our airport was bergamo orio al serio ,quite a distance out of Milan and the desk team were very helpful in getting us to our morning flight back to stansted . Our room faces the motorway but the hotel windows dulled any sounds and never had a bad night in any of our three night stay (pleased to book an extra night ) . The hotel is very clean in very good condition (as new ) .The breakfast is More than adequate with healthy options . I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone wishing to visit Milan .

Some may find the hotel too far from Milan's center, but this hotel is worth the extra distance. The hotel staff are exceptional and this was clear from the moment of checking in. We were lucky to have the Front Desk Manager check us in. She anticipated our every question. Although we had arrived a little after 10:00AM, hours before official check in, she understood that we had had a long journey so called housekeeping and when a room in the class we had booked was not available she upgraded us so that we would only have thirty minutes to wait. Our room was perfect in every sense: no sign of wear, all sense of cleanliness, robes and slippers. This sense of care is visible throughout the public areas of the hotel. We did not get to use the Spa so I cannot say more than there is one. We used the business center and it was just fine with everything in working order--no tired computers. As I said, it may be too far out for some particularly if you are just overnighting in Milan as we were, but my preference is always for a Radisson Blu and this experience reminded me why the extra distance was worth it: some locations may have a 4-star rating but, as with this Milan location, the entire experience is 5-star. The staff certainly get 5 stars from us.

Ive stayed here many times for business.
Rooms are large and comfortable. Staff are all polite and food is very good. Its not that far from everything either. Its not the very best hotel in Milan, but certainly is the best value for this standard.
