“Not inpressed”

The carpet was extremely dirty. When walking on the floor the kids feet were black. Found bugs silverfish and ants in the room. The only good thing in this hotel was the staff they were excellent.

“Good place for a place to sleep.”

We only needed 1 night while we went to Put-in-Bay. The front desk was very friendly, the rooms were clean and organized. The only complaint is that the bed was too hard for my wife (I can sleep on most anything) So we didn't do much at the hotel cause we spent the day on the island. I will be staying there again (and recommend to others) on our next trip to PIB.

“I will not go back to this hotel”

We were expected that we will have a better view per expedia however we did not have a view. The clerk told everything was booked. It is not true. We communicated with the new guests.

“Good location”

Paper thin walls. The people next to us started fighting around 4:00 a.m. and it was really loud. We could have called down to the desk, but we did not. We had to sign a paper that said we would not be "partying". Obviously, our neighbors didn't get the picture!!!

“Not impressed”

The hotel was filthy, no water in the swimming pool - Memorial Day weekend with a hot forecast?! The hotel smelled of nicotine, filth and other unmentionables. Dogs were also roaming freely within the facility and one even jumped up on me at the vending machine! We were both grossed out and will never be back. The view of the lake was great, but we should have brought our tents and slept outside.

“It was nice!!”

Overall the hotel was in a good location, was clean, was in a nice neighborhood, Being right on Lake Erie was very nice.

“Will stay away from hotels with Budget in the Title.”

Older hotel- needs some work. Air conditioner was really noisy in the room. Staff was super nice and attentive. Very nice view of the lake.

“Not Clean”

This Hotel was dirty, the location was nice, one of our nights they did not even clean the room or give us clean towels.

“Good for what you pay for”

The location of this hotel was great and the hotel employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were not as clean as I would have preferred, and the bed was rock hard. Our smoke detector would go off every time we had the balcony door open and a car drove by. That happened twice until we just left it unhooked. The pool was small but clean and pleasant. If you are looking for a place to stay that is inexpensive, and you don't plan to stay in the hotel much, it would be a good place.
