I liked the free parking, wifi, and breakfast. The location was very convenient. I didn't like that it looked like it needed a good deep clean. The bathroom was in need of attention-- either it had suffered from water damage in the tub area or something. The water flow didn't easily change from faucet to shower head. I struggled repeatedly and then just accepted that half of the water flow would come out the faucet and half would come out the shower head. There was a piece of furniture in our room which was broken. Perhaps it was a shelf or a former case for a mini fridge. I'm not sure, but there was a shelf or something broken and sitting vertically inside the frame of this piece of furniture. We didn't use the microwave, coffee pot, safe, or anything else to know if they worked or not. The towels were very worn and a bit dingy. It would also benefit this facility to invest in new mattresses as ours bowed in the middle and was very squeaky. Overall, the place was okay for one night. However, it seems very worn out, so if you're looking for a new sparkling clean place, you might want to pass on this. The staff was friendly and professional. The free breakfast was decent and that area was clean and well stocked. Half of our family ate at 6am and the other half ate at 8am. As to be expected the 8am breakfast was packed with guests. Parking was free and easy to find a parking spot.

Awful place, definitely not recommend. The room was dirty, cigarettes smell and we specifically asked for a smoke free room, towels were so small and smelly. The bed is a spring bed and so uncomfortable, bedding in the middle of winter you get a skimpy cover that does not keep you warm. The room was so cold, it took us over 4 hours to barely warm it up. But what was horrendous was the fact that the hot water was lukewarm and when called the reception I was hit with “I did not have anyone complaining “, I mean really?! I just said it’s lukewarm!!! This is by far, the worst experience! I was so upset and couldn’t wait to leave.

We aren’t bouji but this was disgusting. Hair on the pillows, dumped ashtray between the beds, one washcloth instead of towels with black marks and BEDBUGS! 20 mins in to laying down a bedbug crawled across my chest. I should have left but stayed awake all night to come down to no breakfast. Nothing was out when they said. Probably better I didn’t eat it. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We were in town for a basketball tournament and just needed a place to sleep. We were pleased with the room, however, the room sleeps 4 and we only had 1 bath towel and wash cloth. There was no hair dryer in the room either. I left mine at home since it advertised that a hair dryer would be in the room. It was a basic room, no frills, which was okay for our short stay.

I have a very low bar for hotels. One is that they have hot water, especially in January. This one did not. “Hot breakfast” was dried egg shaped like little yellow dice and three sausages that looked like severed fingers. Once these ran out, they weren’t replaced. My tier is usually between $60 and $85 dollars and this was about $100.00 all in.

So run down. Dirty, old, worn out everything, AC/Heat unit totally inoperable, shower control scalding, hot water in sink smelled really bad. Mold/peeling bathroom ceiling. Towels very poor quality. Pool closed, gym closed. Worse than many places same or less price.

It was a little iffy out front when the outside hotel sign was low lighted and hard to read at night. Our room was clean, and comfortable, but the hotel’s back door lock was broken and not far from our room. Anyone could have come in.

The pool they advertise has been broken forever according to the manager who offered me my money back but after checking out early they haven’t followed through nor returned my calls which have been every day! Horrible run down place advertising things that haven’t been in use nor repaired for a very long time according to the front desk manager

The price was economical, which was good, but the carpeted floor was a little sticky and we woke up to a bed bug so we got out as quick as we could. The service staff was very friendly, but definitely won't be staying there in the future.

If you don't need a shower....
Room clean. Bed good. Sheets clean. No hot water for shower...bath towels the size of hand towels and paper thin. Fortunately or unfortunately did not need to use them since I couldnt take a showet.

The pool and hot tub were closed- we were given some excuse that the “chlorine levels just weren’t able to be figured out” The wifi was poor and only worked for 1 out of the 5 of us The room was dirty- used q-tips and hair elastics and general dirt on floor Bugs flying around in the room… possibly coming from bathroom sink drain Pull out couch mattress was disgusting and stained Front desk clerk (Linda I believe was her name) was lovely and kind. Breakfast was great. The man working in the dining area was lovely and we chatted with him all morning during our breakfast Air conditioning worked well in room Tv worked We tried to purchase a couple drinks which were on display at the front desk- we figured we would relax in the room since we couldn’t take the kids to the pool- but we were told they wouldn’t sell alcohol on a Sunday. Phone in room had no cord plugged into it so when we moved the bedside table to find it we found a lot of gross stuff under it. We found the same thing when we moved the sofa bed so that we could open up the pull out mattress. There were only 3 other cars in the parking lot. Maybe if the hotel manager had the cleaning staff take the time to properly clean the rooms while they were almost all empty they would get better reviews and in turn, more customers.

Can't believe I spent $189 to stay at this hotel
The room had a musty smell. The bathroom floor was not clean. The tub had rust stains. The bathroom ceiling had pieces flaking off. The water had a bad smell to it. There wasn't much to choose from for breakfast. No muffins or bagels or biscuits. I was hoping for a banana and a muffin but nothing but bread and oranges.

There were so many bugs at the hotel all around in the rooms, hallways, breakfast area. My family and I spent the night last resort while driving through to Maryland and would have immediately left if it hadn’t been so late. My brother had ants in the waffle he made for breakfast. Would not recommend making the stop off the express to stay here. The front desk receptionist was a sweetheart though.
