“Wonderful experience!!”

Had such a wonderful experience. Must have been a slow season because we had the waterpark to ourselves. The staff were great, and very thorough and accomodating. Friendly. We took our daughter for her birthday and she thought it was great! Every time she would go down a slide, the lifegaurd would wish her a happy birthday. She thought she was so special. Thanks for the great experience!! Hope to go again soon!

The life guard on duty were not plesent at all.. The kids had a wonderful time!! the employees need to be a little more curdious!!!

this hotel is amazing, i loved the size of the room, it was huge, everywhere was sparkling clean, especially the pool area, and 2 big water slides that adults could use as well was very fun for me and my 2 older teenagers. the bonus was finding out that the breakfast served at the hotel was the best kept secret in town, less than 10 dollars a person plus the drink price, served family style to your table, including a fresh fruit bar with every fruit known to man and toast, also made to order omletts and waffles, just an amazing deal, would stay here again especially with expedias special rates. 5 thumbs up, you won't regret it, worth every penny.

“Perfect Family Hotel”

A group of us took our children to Cedar Point for two days and GWL was perfect place to stay in area. Not only is it obviously a wonderful distraction for the children when you get back to hotel from park but, fun for adults too. 21 and up only hot tub grotto was wonderful place to relax without kids while still being near them in water park. Staff was always accommodating and very hospitable to children. Clean, large, comfy rooms... everything large groups need. Location perfect on Milan Rd. Close to Cedar Point, Meijer, fast food and sit down restaurants. Most parking lots connected to hotel so no need to get out in traffic! Perfect!

“It's Great at the Great Wolf Lodge!”

From the moment we walked into the lobby we knew it was going to be a great stay. The people at the front desk were so friendly and accomodating and everything was very clean and inviting. My sister and I took 5 kids and everyone one of them had a ball. My 7 year old nephew said "this is the best hotel in the whole world"! The room was so comfortable and gorgeous and the water park was fun for all of us! We're already trying to figure out when we can go back. On a 1-10, I'd give Great Wolf a 10+.

“great fun”

The hotel was fantastic, the only complaint was the water in the park. It was very salty. I thought something was wrong with it but then I overheard someone say that they do not use clorine but some other way to keep the water clean. It would have been nice if there was information about it in there hotel info book so it was not such a negative shock when you first get in the pool. Other than that I would definetly go back. It was nice that the hotel does story hour at bedtime, it really gave a lodge feel to the place.
