It's ok

It was a place to stay for the price compared to others that were much more expensive. It wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst.

Best budget friendly hotel

Posted Jul 28, 2015
For the past two years, I have been staying at random "cheap" hotels to stay at while going to cedar point. This one is honestly the nicest for the money. The rooms were great, king size bed plus a pull out bed?! Awesome. Plus a big mini fridge and microwave- no other hotels we have stayed at in the area had those. And they have a pool and hot tub which we did not use- but they looked nice. We will be staying at this hotel from now on. Only downside is out AC unit was not constantly running, which we prefer to keep it cold. It would kick on and off throughout the night(I'm assuming to save energy because they had a card on the bed about saving energy)

For me it was great. I needed somewhere to sleep and that's what I got. A clean room with a good crew. I will be back.

Close and affordable

Posted Jul 25, 2015
Staff and amenities were great. Although our beds were remade and we had fresh towels the second day, our shower was not cleaned of hair and coffee pot was not cleaned and we did t get new coffee supplies but everything else was great.

Nice and close to Cedar Point

Posted Jul 22, 2015
Cons: Room smell, for some reason in the middle of the night the smell was very strong, like motor oil or something. I couldn't figure it out.
Bed a little uncomfortable, but overall pleased with stay. Close to Cedar Point which is the reason for staying there. Pool and hot tube nice, kids enjoyed. Air conditioner in room was noisy and room smelled musty but very clean. And most importantly....No bed bugs!!! Would stay there again.

Great Location to Cedar Point but...

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Since most if the time is at Cedar Point, hotel needs are minimal. This hotel fits that purpose well. Comfortable beds, adequate bathroom and shower. Refrigerator a plus. Breakfast is of the cold variety but well stocked. My one gripe, do not expect usable wifi. Our two visits have resulted in tethering the laptop to a cell phone for better access and both of our rooms were next to the office.

A nice crash-pad for Cedar Point Amusement Park

Posted Jul 12, 2015
Pros: Room was small, but clean and functional.
Cons: Only two vending machines were available; one didn't work and the other didn't have Coke products like I wanted. Also, trains run nearby at night.
Location: Cedar Point
The hotel has a small swimming pool, but the real reason for staying here is just to sleep before and/or after a visit to Cedar Point.
