Bike Week/Boyfriends BirthdayPosted Jun 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
Everyone we met who worked there was very friendly and polite, always checking to see if we needed anything! A++++ on the attitudes of everyone including the bartenders, morning breakfast workers, front desk and the maintenance crew. We did not use the water park so I have no comment there. Seems all the kids and families were enjoying themselves! Our room was spotless and if you travel with kids it's nice having the separate little bunkroom w/ TV for them! The two recommendations we have are 1. need more speakers in bar area to enjoy the music. 2. hand washing station in breakfast area...or a hand sanitizer station....lots of kids who are natural germ breeders! Overall we had a great time and enjoyed a stress free vacation and loved the Ohio Bike Week! See you next year!

This hotel was pretty good. The staff was nice, room was clean, and came with a 32" Samsung LCD. However, there is no HBO or any other movie channels. Just basic cable. Not the worst thing in the world. Also, there is no access to a pool without purchasing a pass to the water park, though this might be because they just re-opened. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, very close to a bunch of restaurants, the mall is right down the street, and Cedar Point is very close.

The bunk beds in the room were great!!! They could stand to go down a bit on price.

Not very impressivePosted Jul 4, 2007
Staff was not very knowledgable, there were no sign's what so ever advertising the hotel, I called them to find out exactly where they were located and it took me about 5 minutes to get the location out of them, I was actually sitting in thier parking lot when I called and did not know it because there were no signs anywhere. Was told twice on phone that hotel had indoor and outdoor pool, when we got there we discovered that they do not have an outdoor pool. No resteraunt or room service. The indoor putt putt golf coarse was nice, buth more than 1/2 the games did not work. I don't know that I would reccommend this hotel to anyone.
