I don't want to talk about it.

Hotel associates were very nice and helpful, the room was not nice at all. The door had a gap around 2 inches high from the ground and it was 41 Degrees, so it stayed cold. The heater was really loud and keeping us up at night. The curtains were nasty covered in something, and there was hair in the shower.

close to Cedar Point, OH

Posted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: It was close to Cedar Point which was the reason we came.
Cons: Something for breakfast would be a big improvement.
Location: Within 2 miles of McDonald's
Got to motel Staff was nice and friendly got our room keys. The rooms were clean but I have a 4 year old and we had the Teddy Bear room I picked up the kids chair there was dust all over the back of it. In the bathrooms the corners around the tub of the tile floor was crusted with dirt. If someone had just taken a small scrub brush and scrubbed it that is all it would have required. But overall it was cleaned and nice. As for the Continental Breakfast that was a joke. There was English muffins with jelly or these little hard things with apple butter microwaved. Terrible

Great service

Posted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: Great service from the staff.
Cons: Outside entrance room dated and much less comfortable than inside entrance rooms. Breakfast was lacking.
Location: Anything you could want to do in Sandusky is within 30 minutes.
Because of the area, this hotel was one of the cheaper options, which of course means not expecting top of the line facilities. Upon arrival, we were greeted pleasantly by the staff. We entered our room and there was a heavy mildew smell present. We asked the staff if there was any way we could get a different room, and without question they moved us to a new room. The facility is split up into two sections, one with outdoor entrances to room and another with indoor entrances. The indoor building (where we were relocated to) is much newer and nicer than the outside entrance building. The breakfast offered is very minimal and smaller than we were expecting. Overall, for a cheap stay in the Sandusky area, this was a great place. If you are considering staying here, just remember that you are getting what you pay for and cannot expect the high quality services. We would recommend it completely based on how great the service from the staff was to us.

Posted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: I liked how easy it was to check in and the proximity to Cedar Point
Cons: Continental breakfast was busy, might need to set up an extra toaster for less wait time.
Location: Enjoy Cedar Point!!
Nothing fancy, just a clean room within 10-15 minutes of Cedar Point. Free continental breakfast, Wi-Fi.

good budget hotel near cedar point

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Was close to attractions and staff were nice, smooth check in and over all was fine.
Cons: Breakfast can be better and maybe a freshen up on the outside exterier.
Location: Cedar point is 15 min, shopping for items at Walmart in area along with Target, many resturants on same strip as hotel like Applebees, Chili's,Etc
Hotel is 15 minutes from cedar point with good resturants nearby, clean and had outdoor pool, breakfast is not really anything you simply go to other options nearby, internet work fine on pc in room but iphone worked better outside of room. Cant complain on price for what you get and you only sleep there as spending time at park and other places most of the time. I had few doubts after reading other reveiws but met my expections and really had no problems with my stay. If you want 5 star accomadations not for you stay elswere.
