There were holes in the wall. The door looked like it had been kicked in in the past. Overall it felt very unsafe- I checked out early because i did not feel safe.

Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient

I stayed here one night while in Sanford for an event at San Lee Park and chose Baymont Hotel for it's proximity to the park. Hotel staff was friendly. The room was for the most part clean. Bed was comfortable. WiFi worked fine. The hotel is not a 5 star resort, but it's a great value and was perfect for a quick stop.

Rooms need a lot of maintenance

Disappointing! No towel racks in the bathroom. One had to get out of the bathroom wet and go to the shelve in the room to get the towels. Paint in the bathroom walls are peeling off. Lounge chair had accumulated a lot of dirt, needs to be reupholstered.

We stayed here for one night with no problem. The room was very clean, just a little small for my likings. Great customer service and location. Near various restaurants and clothing stores.

I stayed there with my girlfriend. Over all it was a good stay, the front desk was a big help, the morning breakfast was good(though I would add some things to what they already had), and I loved the service that the manager Robert gave us. But the room service only did half of their job and both times when me and my girlfriend went to go swimming the pool had dead bugs floating in it. I would stay there again but hopefully when I do the issues I stated will be cleared up by then

Our room was clean, comfortable and with all the needed amenities. Pretty and easy drive to Pinehurst. We allowed an hour for extra traffic. Difficult breakfast for diabetics i.e. no sugar substitutes for coffee. Would like to have seen flyers in hotel recommending local places to eat i.e. Bubba's and Sagebrush.

Excellent staff, scrupulously clean, comfortable bedding, quiet. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Convenient to restaurants, grocery, drug stores. Recommended for travelers looking for safe, clean, comfortable place to spend the night.
