I left a review on Yelp that sums it up but basically there was an old bowl of food in the microwave. Stains and food grime on random surfaces. Seems like the place hasn't had a bleach or a disinfectant in a year. I would go into detail but my yelp review has much more depth and I included photos there.

Freah cigarettes burns on sheets, bathroom needs some attention( shower is sinking in middle ) no remote control in room ( didnt feel like going back to front office so couldnt enjoy a movie)

When we first arrived, we ended up in a room that had obviously been smoked in previously, even though all rooms are "non-smoking." As an asthmatic, this would have been really horrible for me, but as soon as I brought it to the Front Desk's attention, they moved us immediately. Staff was pleasant, friendly, and polite - a very nice experience.

The sheets were visibly dirty. The bathtub had hair in it. The cleaning staff at this location is lacking to say the absolute least. The receptionist was really nice but the compliments begin and end there. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone with real time to shop around. We were traveling and needed a place to rest for the evening. I regret booking and will not again unless in dire stress.

Breakfast poor, one day no food no advance notice. Breakfast supposed to start at 5:30am, but on that day, reception door (leading to breakfast area) was closed till 7:00am the last time I checked before I left out. Indoor air conditioner frame was broken, both room has tap around utensil to prevent from water leaks.

Decent hotel, but shady things going on 😕
Check in was very disappointing. The lady at front desk tried to charge me $25 early check in and it was less then two hours before officially check in time of 3pm. I have worked resorts, high class resorts, hotels, and motels and I have never in my 40 years ever try to charge someone in early check and fee for 2 hours before checking in. I understand if I came at 9 or 10 in the morning and wanted a room. Then yes I should pay an early check-in fee. That is what it's for not an hour and a half or two hours before check-in time. The truly disappointing part was the last time I was here the owner had no problem with letting me in more than 2 hours before 3:00 check in. I don't understand why this lady, the front desk woman had such an issue especially since there were rooms available. I sat in the parking lot and watched other people go in the office and go get their rooms. Is she charging everyone $25 to get in their rooms before 3:00 p.m.? I can't see people paying that when it is only an hour before check-in. So that was bothersome, and then this morning my husband was leaving to go to work and a prostitute came up to his car in the parking lot trying to get him to go with her, and when he told her to get out of there she said well can I get a few bucks. LOL, he did not give her any money and he went to work. The funny thing was is I was watching from the balcony the whole time this woman was going from car to car to everyone that walked out of this hotel. Not cool

We had a great stay. clean, quiet, comfortable. people were friendly and there was no rif raff hanging around. Safe and good location for food choices. I would recommend this hotel

The beds in our room were the squeakiest we have ever heard. You had to stay completely steel as to not make any noise. Also, the air condition did it's job as far as cooling the room, but in doing so it make quite a bit of racket as well.

That particular property needs TLC….. I would not stay there again…. Ran out of coffee way ahead of time….. housekeeper barged into the room in the morning despite having a DND hanging from the door outside….. Lack of property care in and out…..

I was traveling alone, and wanted a safe clean quiet place to overnight. This place nailed that. I had more room than I needed for the night. Bed was comfy and clean. The in-room AC unit was noisy and woke me when clicking on and off, but I need a cold room to sleep and it did that. Staff were really friendly for a chat over the basic breakfast. All I wanted was a toasted bagel and coffee to get me going, and it was fine (kitchen super clean)

I went online and purchased a king bed, after waiting at the desk for about an hour, lady told me we are out of king beds while a customer was behind the glass helping the lady do her job and she doesn't work there. The lady was trying to get something free or a discount while i had to wait so long. Poor service and a refund or discount should be refunded. No towels and not clean in the rooms.
