Live centipede in the bed, sticky residue on the night tables, dead bugs in the rail of the shower. If these are the things you love, its a lovely place. We really loved the stains in the towels. Very classy.

A good value.Posted Nov 19, 2014
This is an older hotel and the room was a little tired. They were refurbishing some rooms down from mine but hadn't made it up to mine.

A series of minor annoyancesPosted Oct 28, 2014
Pros: The bedding was clean and comfortable, and the location was fairly quiet. If you just want a place to stop and sleep for cheap, you could do worse.
Cons: It would be nice if the staff at the desk were authorized to do anything except apologize profusely. The location is in desperate need of renovation.
Location: It's a fairly convenient place to stop overnight - would absolutely not recommend for an extended stay!
First and foremost: Expedia customers beware, this location does not honor Expedia guarantees or itinerary! My itinerary clearly said check-out was at noon; when I checked in for the night, I saw no signage stating otherwise, so I didn't think to double-check. At 11:10AM on 10/26/2014, I received a phone call from the desk informing me that I was late checking out, and asking if I would like to stay another night. When I said my itinerary had my check-out time at noon, the staff member on the line apologized and said he could give me until 11:30, after which he would be "forced to charge me for another night." Don't trust your Expedia itinerary with this location, fellow travelers - call ahead to double-check and confirm everything! I don't know if anyone's had issues with them not honoring a late check-in, but I can say there's nothing I hate more than being hustled out like an unwanted inconvenience at the end of my stay! The light in the bathroom was burnt out, and staff at the desk weren't able to do anything about it. (Leaving the bathroom door open while I showered solved that!) The room door had a centimeter gap between the bottom of the door and the door frame; the moment I turned on the room light a parade of bugs invaded from the parking lot! (A rolled towel in the gap put a stop to that!) The room smelled very strongly of floral perfume - leaving the bathroom fan on while I went to dinner helped. Everything in the room was very shabby and worn, but clean.

Poor QualityPosted Oct 18, 2014
The hotel room poor. The rug was frayed, the door to the room had an opening at the bottom. I killed a large bug. No signs to tell you where the ice machine was located. I asked for a smoking room, but the room smelled heavy smoke from the previous traveler. Our cigarettes are a lot lighter. The he entrance to the hotel was locked after 8pm, which made me concerned for my safety. You have to ring a bell to get entrance.

Hotel satisfactory for overnight stay.Posted Sep 12, 2014
Cons: Maintenance on room is needed to make more secure.
Location: Location is convenient to local outpatient hospital. Main part of small town had a lot of thrift stores and antique shops.
The room was not exactly as expected. Door led to outside and the security latch was completely cut away. Hotel had a lot of construction workers staying for longer periods of time. When we went to breakfast room, there were only a few eggs left, no juice, and the person who was working could not do anything about it because he had no more supplies. It was a satisfactory stay for our purposes of overnight but would not recommend for families or longer stays.

As soon as we put a drink on the side table little bugs showed up and there were jeans left in the little cabinet from a previous guest.

Never againPosted Jul 15, 2014
Cons: Would have left but only available hotel in town, becouse the US Open was there. had to stay and set up a funeral.
The only thing good about this hotel, the shower had good water pressure and the bed was comfy. Very out dated and old and grungy. Had alot of ref-raf hanging around there cars and playing loud music.
