Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great location.

Great room, great food and great staff
When we arrived, the first thing that struck us was the friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much to much for them. The room was clean, large and had an extremely comfortable bed, and this, coupled with great food, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Accueil et localisation parfaite pour Diano Marina, facilité de stationnement dans la rue. Check in irréprochable avec d'excellents conseils de la part de tout le staff réception. Point Excellent pour la propreté de la chambre et de l’hôtel. La chambre était exemplaire ( et je suis ultra maniaque). Un grand bravo a l’équipe de femme de chambre. En point moins positif: J'avais demandé un grand lit et j'ai eu deux lit jumeaux collés- clairement ce n'est pas confortable - surtout que les deux lits bougeait... Dans la chambre: il manque des mouchoirs et des petits éléments de toilettes seraient un plus (cotons...) Très bon petit déjeuner et très calme la nuit. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer.

Bon hôtel en bord de mer Bon accueil à la réception Belle chambre en front de mer avec balcon au 4eme étage propre et accueillante. Nous ne l'avions pas réservé mais la réceptionniste a été très arrangeante.Bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner était parfait avec un grand choix de gâteaux, fruits,fromages et charcuteries. Le personnel est très attentionné. Tout était parfait.

Achtung! Geld ohne Leistung abgebucht
Achtung! Bei Problemen ist das Hotel unkooperativ - unser Zimmer war nicht wie gebucht verfügbar (da für Stammgäste bevorzugt), hat das Geld abgebucht trotz mündlicher Vereinbarung, dass keine Stornokosten anfallen.

Hôtel bien situé avec belle plage. Ambiance familiale avec des tenanciers à notre écoute. Calme, on n'entend que le bruit de la mer de laquelle on est séparé par une petite route sans circulation. Chambres spacieuses, salle de bain parfaite. Demi-pension très correcte même si ce n'est pas de la gastronomie.

Parfaitement parfait !
Un weekend très réussi... Situation idéale. Au calme. Chambre face à la mer bercé par le bruit des vagues. Panorama superbe. Premier séjour : accueil excellent dans tous les services. Ambiance et propreté des chambre irréprochable. Buffet petit déjeuner très copieux et varié. Nous reviendrons.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und deutschsprachig. Das Meer liegt vis a vis vom Hoteleingang. Allerdings waren einige Momente enttäuschend. - im Hotelzimmer kein Kühlschrank/Minibar, safe sehr klein - WLAN sehr schwach, auf dem Balkon kaum benutzbar - Parking ca. 10 min zu Fuss entfernt, unbedacht - Reinigung mit perfümierten Putzmittel, die nicht unbedingt für jeden angenehm riechen - kein privater Hotelstrand, sondern lediglich 30% Ermässigung - unbedingt Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen, da sonst sehr laut wegen der Hinterstrasse mit Lieferung ab ca. 6 Uhr - Klimaanlage schlecht einstellbar, entweder zu schwach oder zu kalt - Abfluss in der Dusche sehr langsam - TV nur auf italienisch - Whirlpool in Form einer Badewanne - Wein nur flaschenweise beim Essen bestellbar - Essen eher mittelmässig, deswegen lieber auswärts essen Dafür geniesst man eine tolle Aussichtsterrasse, die man nach dem Baden schnell erreichen kann.

Sicuramente ci sono hotel con più stelle, con più servizi, con la piscina ... ma il Palace si distingue per la qualità, la cortesia, la professionalità e l'attenzione verso il Cliente, il quale si sente a casa. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, la vista sul mare stupenda (ci si addormenta con il rumore delle onde ... impagabile). I proprietari sono persone squisite, con uno stile impeccabile ed allo stesso tempo alla mano. La qualità della cucina è eccellente, i piatti sono evidentemente cucinati con arte e maestria. Il servizio è ottimo, dalla sala da pranzo al bar dove l'impeccabile e simpaticissimo Andrew prepara aperitivi, cocktails e bevande varie. Alla reception ci sono professionalità e cortesia. Insomma, di hotel ne abbiamo girati, di tutte le categorie e condizioni ma questo è veramente SPECIALE.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel les pieds dans l’eau, le service et les chambres sont irréprochables . Nous avons été très bien accueilli et le personnel est aux petits soins .Manque un parking privatif. Hôtel a recommander .

Schönes älteres Hotel
Leidenschaftlich geführtes Hotel im alten Stil. Eher älteres Publikum. Das Hotel ist gepflegt und die Mitarbeitenden sind zuvorkommend. Der Strand wird wie in Italien üblich bewirtschaftet. Liegestuhl reiht sich an Liegestuhl, so dass der Strand nicht mehr zur Geltung kommt.
