Sanshui is about 55 miles (89 kilometers) from Dongguan, a a well-known city in China.
Sanshui isn't the only place in this popular region worth seeing; travelers can also set out to see the charms of the nearby countryside, cities and towns. Bai E Tan, 20 miles (32 kilometers) to the west, and Dagang, 20 miles (32 kilometers) to the west of Sanshui are also worth visiting should you have the time.
Around 17 miles (27 kilometers) to the southeast of Sanshui is Foshan, an important regional center which is home to Zu Miao, New Plaza Stadium and Shanshui Forest Park. If you are after more entertainment consider checking out Qing Hui Garden, Renshou Temple and Foshan Century Lotus Stadium before you head back to Sanshui.

You'll also realise that learning "Zhèiwèi xiānsheng huì qīngdān", which means "This gentleman/lady will pay for everything", can make all the difference.
