Great Place. Great Location.

Pros: Wifi. Location. Big TV. Nice shower.
Cons: No complaints.
Location: Restaurants. Bars. Grocery Store. Taco Bell and KFC too.
We were going to only stay there 2 nights but we stayed 2 more b/c we liked the hotel so much. Right next door is a ton of restaurants and many other within walking distance too. The rooms are very nice and modernly decorated. Good a/c and big TV when you want to relax. The Wifi was way above average which was very important to me. The staff was competent and helped us whenever we needed. I would definitely stay there again!!

Arrived around 8:00 pm since there was no one to help with my luggage (in a 4 star hotel?) I was grabbing a bag on my first trip to the room and the guard starting harassing me to move my car from the front drive. Apparently the driver in the tourist van was a friend and was able to sleep in his car parked next to mine. The room was nice, the desk clerk was typical for CR, apologized but no help. In the morning they expect you to walk down stairs and buy coffee packets for the in room coffee maker. Again, at a 4 start hotel? The Expedia pages states "coffee maker in the room" silly me to expect coffee to go with it. The room was nice, the internet was fast.

Excellent boutique hotel ...had a wonderful stay!

Pros: The décor, cleanliness and staff service.
Cons: Everything seems to be perfect.
I spent six days in this hotel and cannot not fault them on any aspect. The hotel rooms are very comfortable with excellent AC. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. A reasonably priced small restaurant and bar and great service from all the staff made it a great place to stay. The surrounding area has multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel is located in Santa Ana, a nice area, just a short distance from the main highway into downtown San Jose with easy access to areas further in to the city.

Age: 65 or Older Traveler Type: Combined Business and Leisure Check Out Date: 2013-09-29 Staff and Service 5/ 5 WE HAVE STAYED AT HOTEL INDIGO ON 3 OF OUR LAST 4 VISITS TO SAN JOSE. WE SHOULD HAVE STAYED THERE ON THE OTHER BUT IT WAS BOOKED FULL. WE HAVE STAYED AT MANY 5 STAR HOTELS IN OUR TRAVELS, AND HOTEL INDIGO PROVIDED AS GOOD, OR BETTER AN EXPERIENCE AS ANY OF THEM. THE FACILITY IS PLEASING TO THE EYE AND WELL MAINTAINED. THE AMENITIES AND ROOMS ARE TOP FLIGHT. THE LOCATION IS GREAT, A VERY SHORT WALK TO GOOD EATING ESTABLISHMENTS AND SHOPS. THE VERY BEST QUALITY OF THE HOTEL WAS THE STAFF. EVERONE FROM JOSE, AND THE OTHER FRONT DESK PEOPLE, TO THE CONCIERGE, AND SECURITY PEOPLE MADE US FEEL LIKE VALUED AND HONORED GUESTS. THIS IS WHAT A HOTEL EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE.

Nice hotel, hotel staff friendly.

Stayed for one night, the first time they gave me the room keys they didn't work. The room is very clean and pretty but left my iphone 5 charger in the room at time of check out, called at night and next day, they said they didn't find it...

Only stayed here one night, staff were really friendly (they let us check in at 10am), the hotel was modern and clean, close to the airport, and had plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Cons: Nothing
Location: Momentum Mall, AutoMercado, KFC, Wendy's, Taco bell. Mall in Escazu was only $7 cab ride - largest mall in central America (Multiplaza Escazu).
We stayed before flying home, Momentum across the street has options for food. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We arrived early and they got us a room. helped us get cab for airport, and went above and beyond. Room was modern, clean, quiet, comfortable and a great price. We would recommend this hotel for sure!!

Nice hotel, but not located in Escazú area.

Booked this hotel because it appeared under the area of Escazú. However, it was actually located in Santa Ana, which was a big disappointment. The hotel itself is very nice and surrounded by nice restaurants. The rate did not include breakfast, which would have been nice, but managed to get a reasonable price breakfast in surrounding restaurants.

The hotel was fine and conveniently located to the highway. Quiet surroundings but noisy air conditioner. Great buffet breakfast for busy mornings!
