I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place was far from satisfactory.
The first issue was with the sofa bed in the room. It was in such poor condition that I hesitated to even touch it. The cushions were worn out, and the frame seemed like it was on the verge of collapsing. It was completely unusable, which was a problem since we needed that extra sleeping space.
As if that wasn't bad enough, the condition of the blankets on the king bed left much to be desired. They had mysterious brown spots on them that made me question their cleanliness. It was both uncomfortable and unsanitary to sleep under those blankets.
The bathroom was no better. It was clear that the cleaning staff had not done their job properly. The floors were grimy, the toilet had visible stains, and there was a lingering odor that I couldn't ignore. It felt like a nightmare trying to use the bathroom in those conditions.
To top it all off, the room itself seemed like it hadn't been properly prepared for our arrival. The trash bins were not empty, which was a glaring oversight. It made me wonder how thorough their cleaning routine actually was.
