It was a nice hotel, the inside was very relaxing. the pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was really good. Nice room but when we got inside the room it was hot and smelly. The A/C was off. The bath room was ok except the bath tub, it kind of dirty, it had some black stuff line rat poop. We just wiped out. The next day when room service came they left it clean but the on the third day it was full of the sane black stuff. I took pictures and meant to show them to receptionist but I forgot. Another one is the shower head. They need to changed it. Other than that, all employees were nice. One Advice, if you try to check in before the checking time you be ready to pay $25.00.

The first room that was got was not ready and then we had to ask for another blanket. We had to ask for our breakfast twice and just overall I would not stay here again. The girl at the front desk charged us for breakfast, when it was supposed to be included in our packet. Not very good customer service and just terrible.

Registering staff ignored us when we approached the front desk. When they finally acknowledged us. They had a bit of a arrogant attitude and acted like they were doing us a great favor by letting us stay in this hotel. First and last time I am booking a hotel room here.

Very poor Customer service, front desk kind off rude, also breaks fast menu not accurate we asked for a menu plate but they brought a different meal, and when we ask for the menu plate the answer was we don’t have. Not even said sorry or communicate before they brought it.

The staff was delightful, very freindly. The place was exceptionally clean. It is a bit worn down in some areas but still a good place to stay. The food was very good. Only thing I did not like was no mini fridge or microwaves in rooms.

A few times we ask for some things and they never brings to us , one of our Rooms has no water in the morning to take a shower, another room no toilet paper .

The service and the hotel are great but the rooms need lots of improvements. They smell and the bath rooms are ugly. There are old water marks on the walls that you can see. I have been here before and I have always enjoyed my staff and the rooms

Location was convenient. At arrival I was told that Expedia didn’t notify them of the two rooms reserved only one. . They did have us two rooms as I had proof. The front desk rude . The cleaning and other staff were nice . Will never stay here again.

Reservation was already paid for but the lady on the front desk had no record. Hotel is really outdated and dirty. Found hairs everywhere in the bathroom. Wifi doesn’t work.

I think this place is due for a major renovation, needs to be updated. It used to be a nice hotel, but now everything inside the hotel looks old, furniture, bedding, carpet, wall paper, bathrooms. if your are only looking for a place to spend the night this place will be just fine, but don't expect anything super nice. Staff was really friendly like is usually the case in El Salvador and breakfast was good, over all it was ok but it could be better. would I recommend this place? the short answer would be yes due to lack of other good hotels in the area.

I always enjoy staying at this Hotel. It is one of my favorite hotels in El Salvador. The location is great for shopping and dining.
