The customer service was top notch during our stay. Excellent amenities including sparkling wine in our room was fantastic. Breakfast offerings were excellent. Common areas were clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were very nice. We will stay again!

My family and I were pleasantly surprised with how much space there was in the suite! Although the space is a bit outdated, it was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well thought out in terms of guest needs. From the complimentary breakfast, wine and cheese hour, and access to water, tea and hot chocolate, as a family traveling we couldn't ask for more! The location can't be beat with the beach and great restaurants and shops walking distance.

We were there for my Nephews games against San Marcos. This hotel was close by and I was able split the cost of the room with my Sister In Law. Prices on everything had gone up and so this helped their Family. The entire staff was great through our entire stay.

We had a very comfortable, quiet, and fun stay at Brisas del Mar. The hotel is beautiful, close to the beach and several dining options, and very clean and comfortable. We also had a nice breakfast and enjoyed our complimentary sparkling cider.

Property is old and outdated. My room was full of dust and smelled musty. The carpet is so dirty. The location is prime but the property needs a major update and remove all the carpet they have on the facility.

We were touring Santa Monica City College and this was a perfect hotel for that. It was super close to the beach, restaurants, everything fun that Santa Barbara has to offer! I personally loved that they had a magnifying mirror in the bathroom!

This is a 3 diamond AAA property. Breakfast, happy hour, and champagne in the room are nice. Breakfast was abundant and happy hour included hors d’ouvres. Some people may only need one meal a day. This property welcomes monthly renters. We met some from Canada. It felt like being among acquaintances.

This Inn has 3-4 outside areas one can enjoy their beverage, read, etc. The place is just a couple of blocks from the beach and restaurants. All walkable! The continental breakfast had more items than just pastries and the afternoon Happly Hour with cheeses and crackers delightful. As guests, we found it more personsonable than the big chain hotels.

We had a great stay at Brisas Del Mar in Santa Barbara. Easy parking, felt very welcome at check-in and arrived during the free wine happy hour. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities. The continental breakfast was fantastic with indoor and outdoor seating options. Would 10/10 recommend and hope to return!
