Good service by staff. Hot water in the shower! The room was clean and everything worked good. I’ll be coming back next week. I would suggest a refresh on the interiors for the look is dated.

Front desk (Sara) was very welcoming & coffee was great. Room smelled old & musty, floor was sticky. Curtains looked ancient & when I moved them to open a window my hand felt dirty. Other guests looked like they lived in this place & shady to say the least. Glad I had my bully pit staying with me. So loud at night like people slept during the day & up all night, never again!!

The room was spacious and it's conveniently located right off the freeway, aside from that, this place sucked. There are no smoking signs outside every door, yet it smelled like pot the whole time we were there. The beds were so uncomfortable, we hardly slept. The thermostat did not adjust the temperature properly, so it either got too hot or too cold in the room. The description says that breakfast is available, that is laughable. They had coffee, granola bars, and prepackaged muffins. I wouldn't call that breakfast. You had to ask for everything. We needed dishes and silverware, which were provided upon request. The shampoo was at the front desk and I think they had toothbrushes and toothpaste if you needed. You get what you pay for I guess. Happy New Year!

I wish they had brighter lights in the rooms. It’s like they went with the lowest watt bulb in all the fixtures and it felt super dark and made everything yellow. This part is just me being ticky: they need to put out more and pre packaged muffins and granola bars to call it breakfast. That said, it was a really nice place to stay.

I stayed for it’s a convenient stop. Dislike, that it was old, outdated. Curtains had holes. Rooms are small. Complimentary breakfast was misleading, skipped it entirely. Felt & looked like a rundown motel on the side of a road.

We had a subpar experience with this property. Upon arrival there was noone at the desk. It took a good 15 minutes for someone to appear. We were close to calling the front desk. When they did appear there were no apologies or greetings. Adia, I believe was their name, was unfriendly and seemed annoyed. The room was very tired and the bathroom was dirty. For the price, albeit it was a holiday weekend, was not worth the room. We will not be staying here again.

We booked room with kitchen, but it had zero utensils, pots,pans etc. We went to front desk for these, but they dont even offer soap to clean them. Had to go back to front desk for shampoo, Frig exterior was dirty.

Staff is very helpful. Hotel was nice and quiet. We were supposed to have a queen size bed but got 2 doubles. No biggie we were tired and just slept in separate beds for our short stay. In a perfect location for our stay.

I have stayed at this place a few times. One of the managers Cindy is very rude, and definitely does not like her job. This last stay I was accused of smoking in the room even though I was gone and only my dog was in the room. I received a pretty unprofessional voicemail from Cindy threatening me with a smoking charge. I have not received the false charge but I assume its because they have no evidence. I would recommend staying somewhere else. There are a lot of options in Santa Barbara. Also the rest of the staff is really nice, it's just Cindy who seems to have a problem with guests.

I was comfortable considering I was a woman traveling alone who should not have been put on the first floor. Obviously the staff wasn't taught this. Maybe they assumed because of my age no one would bother me. Wash cloths/facecloths were grey color, supposed to be white. Light over stove didn't work and switch was greasy. Bed was way too soft, pillows good. Shower was the best ever, great water flow! Fan in bathroom would have been nice, maybe broken? Way overpriced, but that's Santa Barbara. Staff was friendly and very hospitable.

I booked here because you said you served breakfast. Prepackaged muffins is not breakfast. Ive stayed in extended stays before where the breakfast was amazing. Hhis was simply false advertising.

Both queen beds were broke down, creeky & extremely uncomfortably. There's constant thuds, water pipe sounds within the walls & it wasn't very clean. The staff were rude, the continental breakfast was far from what they described & it was all around not worth staying there. Spend $100 more & go to the new Hilton in Goleta

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was not very clean although it did have an extremely strong chemical cleaning product smell - dust bunnies on the floor, hair in the drain, etc. The room was stocked with soap but no shampoo/conditioner, no coffee/tea. There are no ice machines on premises. The desk provided shampoo on request. Convenient area and nice staff, but would not book again.
