“A beautiful resort!”
Simply beautiful!
“Can't wait to go back”
This is the way a hotel should be. I visited the FS/Biltmore about 25 years ago on business and was impressed with it then, but had little reason to visit Santa Barbara again until a client asked me up. To begin with I made my reservation through you guys and screwed up the date by one day. You have your policy and that is understandable but I decided to call FS/Biltmore and see if they could work with me so I didn't lose any money. They did graciously. How many hotels would do that? I enjoyed my stay immensely, from check in to check out. The staff was courteous, solicitous, gracious, professional, friendly, helpful, attentive and cheerful. The only disappointment is that this survey does not have a 10. I would give it to them gladly. First rate hotel and well worth the rate.
“exceptional, totally relaxing, private, and gorgeous”
lovely time away
“Worth the $ however incidentals were questionable.”
Price worth extravagance however parking and incidentals more than expected for a 5 star hotel.
“A fabulous destination”
Beautiful, historic property is a wonderful destination. Charming ambience, excellent restaurants, access to the Cabana Beach Club and excellent customer service add up to a five star treatment. You can actually walk on the beach right across the lane and the landscaping of the Hotel makes you feel that you are in a secluded paradise. We are already planning several trips back to Santa Barbara to stay at the FourSeasons Biltmore. Dinner at Tydes Restaurant was excellent and when you stay at the Hotel, there is no reason to go anywhere else.
“Weekend getaway felt like we were in Hawaii!”
Amazing grounds, beautiful. Very tropical felt like being in Hawaii!
“Quiet retreat”
My teenage son and I wanted to get away for Spring Break. We biked, walked and ate our way through Montecito and Santa Barbara area vineyards and beaches. Did I mention the Sunday brunch? What a feast! Lush grounds, two pool areas and attentive service make this destination a favorite.
“would love to go back soon”
great place to vist in spring and summer, would go back 3-4 times a year if possible....
“Best hotel ever!”
This was the most amazing hotel we ever stayed at, the gardens are lush and beautiful and the location is absolutely fantastic right on the beach and ocean. Hotel staff is very attentive. A true paradise.
