We stayed in room S316. It was a king bed with a pullout sofa. The room was very clean and very spacious. It was very modern and you can tell it had been remodeled recently. This particular room is much wider than it is deep, so the balcony outside was huge! it’s perfect walking distance to several restaurants and the pier. We can’t wait to go back!

Very nice property. On the harbor with a short walk to the pier and view of the boats. Parking on the property. Room very clean. Walk to many restaurants, shopping, wine tastings, and breweries. HIghly recommend.

I was not aware during my initial booking with Expedia that they would charge me for parking. Was hit with a $32.00 car parking charge. I was in the room for 1 night and less than 24 hours. This was not acceptable.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We had multiple issues.. checked in & wanted to use a different card than the one used to reserve the room. They forgot to charge for”incidentals” they turned off our room keys .. went to the office to fix it .. 2 no night room keys didn’t work again for no apparent reason..3rd night same thing room keys won’t work.. we check out & they charged the stay to the wrong card !! So frustrating!! And their parking availability was awful!! They have staff walking around checking license plates but basically not enough parking to accommodate paying guests.. will not be staying there again

Excellent, clean hotel with large, well designed rooms. Pool was great. Jeannine’s by the Shore had delicious breakfast and a lovely atmosphere. Santa Barbara was beautiful.

Pros: We loved the location, cleanliness, and overall facility. Cons: the shower pressure is very weak, almost a drizzle. Considered asking for a change in room, but opted not to since the room was beautiful and spotless. Our biggest complaint was the facilities staff turning on the leaf blowers at 8am, on a Saturday. Then it sounded like other construction-type machines were turned on.

It's right on the water, in a very walkable and bikeable area, several great dinning choices nearby, the Funk Zone, the beach, just an amazing property! It is lacking one thing... No restaurant or bar on site.

Our stay at the Harborview Inn was absolutely wonderful. Our check-in was a breeze, staff was super friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the north wing set away from the main part of the hotel, and would absolutely stay here again. Our room was gorgeous, with a perfect view of the city. One of the nicest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in before. Very conveniently. Located to plenty of restaurants and tasting rooms within walking distance. Perfect place to experience this downtown area of Santa Barbara. Will definitely come back.

Very comfortable accommodations, best hotel bed I’ve slept on in a long time, and the giant bathtub was amazing, at 5’9” getting to relax in a bathtub that I could submerge all the way to my neck without having to bend my knees was amazing.

I love this place. The only complaint was with Expedia. I booked a room with a queen bed. When I got there the manager said that with Expedia using the cheapest option the room that was available for us is a double beds room. I had to pay extra premium to upgrade. I wished Expedia would have let me know that beforehand

For such an expensive hotel they delivered very little value. Staff and services were not at the caliber I would have expected for a 450 dollar a night room. No slippers even given. Having more than one car per room we were not allowed to park the second car. No water available anywhere none in the rooms, none by the pool and vending machine was empty. Don’t waste your money here. Also hot tub had a very bad smell by the pool.

We are sorry that our vending machine was out of water during your visit,as the vending machine belongs to a third-party we are unable to control the inventory,however, we do offer water in our gift shop as well as at the front desk. Unfortunately, due to limited parking we only allow one vehicle per room. We do apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you give us another try.
