It is an older property so not fancy, but it has had some good refurbishing. For my husband and I, it was a good price to pay in an area that was conveniently located for us. We used it as a central place to be for doing things in Lompoc, Santa Ynez Valley, Santa Barbara and Ventura during the 3 nights we stayed there. We mainly needed a more affordable place to sleep as we were gone during each day and it was perfect for that. Loved having a small refrig, a microwave and a small table with 2 chairs so we could eat some of our food there comfortably. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Having a room in the back of the building on 2nd floor seemed safer & more secure. Our room was clean & we enjoyed the soft towels. The bed was a little soft in the middle & hard on the edges, but we slept ok. Liked the shutters on the windows & smooth flooring. Close to stores & gas stations & places to eat which was another bonus. We will go back there again in the future when we are in the area.

First, the room had a strong mildew odor being masked by an air freshener, which exacerbated the odor. I had to finally unplug the air freshener to function. Second, the microwave oven did not operate. And last, a persistent noise emanated from the next room in the early hours of the morning (midnight and 1:00AM). I believe the noise was created (using a device) maliciously and intentionally to disturb me from and deprive me of sleep. I reached out to the front desk for help. Receptive at first the attendant stated they would "take care of it" with the other guests. The noise though persisted and when I called back and explained I believe I was being targeted for harassment the attendant was much less receptive stating, "...there was nothing [that could be done] until the morning..."

Noisy Spring bed
The place is what you pay for. They have spring beds (queen) and at least the one that works stayed in makes noise as soon as you twist or turn. Not so comfortable.

Trip to see family.
I came to Lompoc to visit family and visit a nearby orchard. The hotel room was clean, quiet, and parking was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed. I would stay there again.

Nothing terrible, but nothing great.
The place is adequate. It was clean and there were no problems with the service. It's in a bit of disrepair. Paint chipping, the water faucet hot and cold being switched, things like that. And it looks like they recently re-painted, just seems like a rush job. The bed was very hard, but the pillows and blankets were nice. This was a toss-up, a solid 3 stars. Nothing terrible, but nothing great.

It was pretty average, the tv was super small, the restroom seemed cleaned except there was a towel that had hair on it, the bed was pretty stiff but I’ve slept on worse beds before, the cleaning lady tried coming into our room before checkout, only reason she didn’t come in was because the top lock was on so she was only able to crack the door open, the receptionist however was nice and explained where our room was and everything. Overall it was okay.

I did a late check-in- called ahead and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, the room smelled…not great - when I went into the bathroom it smelled like sewage. I didn’t say anything because it was 1am and I was just staying one night, but it was pretty nasty.

It was unexpectedly clean and nice hotel for the price. I was vacationing in Solvang, Santa Ynes area and stayed buellton the night before and... hated it. (Motel 6 in Buellton. No bathroom amenities, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and of course no coffee in room). So decided to drive a little more to this place. And it was good. Amenities were good, towels were so soft. Totally recommend this place instead expensive hotels in nearby.

The bed was extremely hard the people next to me had people in and out the room all night I couldn’t sleep bathroom was dirty with a hole in the wall.

Ok let start with some positive. Well the pricing was kind of ok for a week stay, but if your in a situation of getting ready to move from one room to the next with extra payment, it your own opinion if you want to like it or not. Now here a new fact that probably fit for every hotel services. Well, hotel policies said that you have to checkout before 11 or 11:30am right, well from moving to one room to the next, I thought we have til 3pm to get stuff out of the room, but no. Turn out, you have til 12pm to get stuff out and then they clean the room to be ready for next visitor. I guess for next time, even with reasoning ok price, I won't stay a night there when in the process of moving from trailer to apartment situation.
