“Would go back..”

Not a 5 star hotel but clean, quiet, and great location. I would stay here again!! The staff was nice and very helpful.. Thought it would be loud since its situated on a busy street, but not at all.

“Solid value and great location”

Our room was newly remodeled and very clean, well serviced. Hotel staff friendly and 1 block from the water. For a moderate price, hotel is an excellent value for that area of Santa Barbara and would stay again.

“Completely satisfactory.”

It's not luxurious, but it's very nice, and the price reflected that. Great location. Nice happy hour and minimal but decent breakfast. Great beds, updated decor, small bathrooms. We'd go back!

“Great location and pool. Bad acoustics.”

Hotel is a 4/5 for me. Great location that is very walkable to the beach and the awesome restaurants and bars in state street. Room was clean and comfortable if a little bit small. Only complaint is that walls are not thick enough to block out noise of people walking and talking in the corridor, walkway or pool. Have to turn on A/C or music to blank out the noise even a little bit,

“a Good Deal”

When looking for a reasonably priced option for one night this was it, and right on the beach!! Neighbors were way more expensive. A good deal.

“30th Anniversary”

My husband and I went there for our 30th anniversary. Loved the hotel, with one exception, I wish they didn't allow smoking around the pool. We had a garden view room which was pretty.

“Beautiful Place.”

This hotel was extremely clean and a great location.the front desk manager Was very rude. She very rudely explained I would have received a better Rate if I would of called the hotel directly.next time call the front desk. Everything else was perfect!

“Perfectly adequate”

This hotel is just across the street from the beach and a couple of blocks from the foot of State st where there are many shops and restaurants. It is a relatively small older hotel. Our room was updated with new vanity, etc. The room was small. There is a desk, but no room for a chair to sit at it. The hotel is perfectly adequate and comfortable. They have wine and cheese in the afternoon by the pool along with the complementry breakfast. However, I feel it is a bit over priced and suggest you check out the many charming and less expensive hotels a few blocks in from the beach if you don't need to be so close.
