“Awesome Experience”

The staff is very accommodating, the rooms are VERY clean and comfy, Wifi works great, breakfast is great. Overall very pleasant experience. There are also a lot of restraunts that are very close. A+

“Enjoyed Santa Fe”

I truly enjoyed my stay in Santa Fe and to be able to come to a clean, comfortable room at the end of a long day of shopping and sightseeing was wonderful. The hotel staff was excellent...when I told them that my air conditioner was to loud they had it fixed the next day. I asked for recommendations of restaurants that had the local fare (not the chains) and they gave me some wonderful and tasty choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends in the future,

“Best Mattress in the World”

This hotel deserves better than a 5 rating on all categories! We had the best sleep of our lives on the Pillowtop Sertapedic mattress and plan on getting one of our own when we get home! Wish we were booked at Best Westerns in the other cities we are visiting this trip. We enjoyed the hotel's fitness room as well. Very convenient shopping nearby. Will definitely book again (our son is a college student at St John's so we can count on a repeat visit to the city).

“first time in santa fe.”

I had no idea where to stay on my first visit to Santa Fe. After reading that Best Western Inn had been recently remodeled and smoke free and pet friendly I decided to book a room there. My room was on the first floor. It was decorated nicely, clean and comfortable. Even though the hotel was packed with visitors, it was extremely quiet during the evening and early morning hours. I will definitely consider staying there at my next visit.

“Best bang for our buck.”

By far the best option in Santa Fe for the money. We took the train from Albuquerque and got to and from the hotel on the Number 2 city bus. The stop is right next to the hotel parking lot. Our kids enjoyed the adventure.

“Pleasantly Surprised”

The room was large and comfortable, the suprise was a two person Jacuzzi in the corner of the room

Was disappointed it was so far (about 4 miles) from the center of town. Not your fault but our group's organizer. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Also, the room where it was held could have been laid out better as it was extremely crowded with people crawling over each other to get to the food.

“Breakfast was not a good start for the Day.”

. Only problem was the Continential Breakfast. The offering was very limited They had run out of Coffee creamer, The microwave oven wasn't working., so the sweet rolls were eaten cold. Only the toaster was working, line for toaster was 5 poeple deep.
