Best Western Plus Inn of Santa Fe

We did not have breakfast here so not sure about it but the room was great and the staff very nice. When we drove up to the hotel it seemed okay but the lobby is dark and dreary and I was a little skeptical of what the rooms would be like but the room was great. Lobby and hallways not so exciting but clean. Would stay again.

Design is so Santa Fe for their color schemes. Front desk people were most helpful.

Location was very convenient getting on-and-off the highway. Facility was very pleasant with more amenities than expected. Room was very comfortable and everything was immaculate. When asked for a recommendation for dinner, a near-by local restaurant was named and easy to follow directions given. Complimentary hot breakfast was more than adequate. Excellent value for the money.

most room doors had chiped areas near safety bolts look like they have been forced open. Air conditioner was very very noisey. Hard to sleeps. staff not friendly. hotel needs to be refreshed, to dark, drury atmosphere.

Our recent stay at Best Western Plus Santa Fe could not have been better! The hotel was extremely clean. Our room was spotless (even the carpet!) and the beds were so very comfortable. Our room was bigger than the average room, plenty of space for the whole family. The pool was again spotless, there were fresh towels on every chair and table. The decor was very warm and inviting. I've stayed at many hotels all over lately (some even 5 star), and this one stood out in cleanliness and comfort by far.

Very comfortable bed! Friendly front desk staff. Boring breakfast, the pastries were stale. The inside looks better than the outside. Overall, I'd stay there again.

We had an excellent stay. Everything was exactly how we would have expected it. Clean room, clean bathroom, clean hallways, clean stairs, clean elevator, clean lobby, clean pool, clean dining area for breakfast, breakfast was good and the staff was helpful and friendly.

This hotel deserves better than a 5 rating on all categories! We had the best sleep of our lives on the Pillowtop Sertapedic mattress and plan on getting one of our own when we get home! Wish we were booked at Best Westerns in the other cities we are visiting this trip. We enjoyed the hotel's fitness room as well. Very convenient shopping nearby. Will definitely book again (our son is a college student at St John's so we can count on a repeat visit to the city).

By far the best option in Santa Fe for the money. We took the train from Albuquerque and got to and from the hotel on the Number 2 city bus. The stop is right next to the hotel parking lot. Our kids enjoyed the adventure.
