“Would avoid this property”
We were visiting for a friend's wedding and have always stayed with them so we looked for an inexpensive hotel. This place was ridiculous - we ruined our swimming suits in their spa - the chlorine content was so high that after 15 minutes 2 brand new suits were toast. The housekeeping staff BARELY managed to straighten our room every day and we had to get another room for our daughter since the fold out bed was gross and the rollaway was even worse. Finally, Expedia listed this room has having 2 king beds which was NOT true and the hotel said the same mistake gets made all the time and Expedia won't make the correction. So 2 "king beds" ended up being one very old king bed and one disgusting fold out bed from a nasty couch. Down the street is a brand new Holiday Inn Express - go there!!
“Lots of Broken Things”
On a stay during the Labor Day weekend we found this hotel convenient, clean and reasonably priced. We booked the Friday before the Labor Day weekend and still got a reasonable rate. Our room on the ground floor had a connecting door to the adjacent room and we were able to hear their TV the entire time (and I am sure they heard ours). During our stay the vending machine in the hallway was broken (didn't cool, according to the receptionist), the juice machine in the breakfast room was broken, and the spa had a Closed for Maintenance sign at the door for the entire weekend.
“No Comfort Inn and Suites in Los Alamos for Us ever again”
I can only suppose, but since there is little to choose from in Los Alamos, not much effort is needed to fill it up.
“clean hotel”
the breakfast buffet was not well stocked. Had to wait for eggs and sausage not well cooked.
“Comfortable hotel”
Stayed one night for a funeral...was easy to check in and check out. Room was clean and comfortable.
