Nice hotel, easy access.

We enjoyed the decor and the staff. The room heater fan was a bit noisy though. Loved the stay.

Dissapointed

Pros: Staff main desk
Cons: give maintenance to facility and update furniture ,
Room furniture is old, no sofa, faucet in the shower not working properly and stains on the bathtub, NO MICRO .. really?? we wanted to stay in an indoor pool hotel, disappointing since the water was COLD, and a dog inside the jacuzzi area. THE ROOM DIDNT SMELL CLEAN and carpet looks old. we cancelled second night and move to hyatt for the same price and better condition facilities and heated water in the pool, much more cleaner. surpsided and dissapointed considering it was a marriot, gardens and facility outside looks old and ugly. But very friendly personnel in front desk, that was a plus!

Nice hotel, easy to find

The first day we found we did not have hot water for showers, only lukewarm. I mentioned it at the front desk, and it was immediately taken care of. Very good staff

Outdoor hallways are open air....cold in winter.

No lo recomiendo en invierno

Bien, pero estaba haciendo mucho frío (normal en diciembre), y el elevador estaba muuuy lejos de la habitación y como los pasillos son abiertos llegábamos bastante enfriados a la habitación, sugiero pongan un elevador más al otro extremo del hotel. Poca limpieza en las áreas comunes del hotel, desde que llegamos hasta que salimos, había una envoltura de dulce en el pasillo, y hasta que salimos 3 días después ahí seguía

Noisy hotel

The rooms were actually quite nice, however our room was next to the exterior door to the outside and it squeaked every time anyone opened it, which seemed to be between 11pm-4am. We were also on the bottom floor so you could hear all the noise from the parking lot. They charge $25 per day per dog (non refundable) as well. Since we have two dogs, it was practically the cost of the room. There were no doggie bags in the dog area so there was dog poop everywhere.

Santa Fe Experience

Pros: The location.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: There was several eating establishments and a mall with a movie theatre right down the street.
This hotel was a clean, great for a relaxing get away experience. I had to stay an extra night because of inclement weather conditions without any hassle. They used Paul Mitchell beauty products and the service was excellent! Thank you for an enjoyable and memorable experience! The location was great, numerous restaurants and shopping malls close by.
