Great Santa Fe HotelPosted May 27, 2015
Pros: Loved the exterior design and the interior appointments. Everything about the hotel was so in keeping with the Santa Fe experience.
Location: The location couldn't be any more convenient to the Plaza and the downtown area of Santa Fe. Very close to a huge number of restaurants and shopping.
Everything about our stay at the El Dorado was terrific. The hotel still had some renovations going on, but the inconvenience was minimal. All the staff members, even housekeeping personnel, were cordial and professional. Great customer service was exhibited all along the way. Will stay here again and will recommend the hotel to friends.

Nice Hotel close to PlazaPosted May 27, 2015
The Hotel was very nice, enjoyed our stay there. Check out was a little difficult as they didn't know how to handle cash payment.

Nice hotel near the plazaPosted May 22, 2015
We really enjoyed our stay at El Dorado Hotel and Spa. The lemon/lime infused water in the lobby was a treat! The room was very comfortable, and the staff embers were friendly and accommodating.

Uncomfortable and unacommodatingPosted Apr 23, 2015
Pros: The conference catering was decent.
Cons: Wifi, construction, staff, beds, pillows, did I say staff?
The walls are so thin in this place I was kept up by the sound of my neighbor snoring all night! The wifi is terrible. The staff is unaccommodating. The pillows are cheap feather pillows that poke you in the face all night.

Great location in front of the Georgia Okeefe museum. Pet friendly, excellent service and the rooftop pool was amazing, many thought it was smaller that the pictures.... It was intimate and very personal and excellent!! We had an excellent stay and we will be back!

Great hotel in Santa FePosted Mar 21, 2015
The El Dorado was a beautiful southwestern hotel. It was right in the Old Town area of Santa Fe which made it easy to walk to see the sights and go shopping. There was valet parking ($25 per day) at the hotel.

Nice hotel close to shops and foodPosted Mar 17, 2015
The only drawback to my stay was the slight musty smell when I entered my room. It went away quickly, but it was still part of my first impression. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel and room. The staff (especially in the garage) were extremely helpful.
