A one night stay on May 31, 2014. No staff members could relate how to use the gate entry or exit system for the paid parking lot. We had rooms 166 & 170. Hot water problem never corrected. After advising, hot water service was restored for only for a few minutes during entire stay. Restaurant service & food was excellent.

Ok for price

Outside access never worked though I was given three keys to try. Glasses and coffee cups/kids were not replenished either day. I was not told that I could save half parking cost and receive free internet by staff. I learned about this from another guest. The room was very nice, bed was very comfy cozy; noise and talking was very loud in the next room most of the night.

We just stayed one night but the room was very large and comfortable - the bathroom and shower were beautiful. We had room service dinner and that was great. No complaints. Just lovely.

NIce hotel - pool is great, though I do not understand the limit of 3 people in the hot tub -had to wait to use that facility. Wish there was coffee in the room or at least in the lobby.

Overpriced

The room is average but you pay the hilton price. Charging for wifi is just rude. Great location but not a great hotel. Shop around for free wifi and the complimentary breakfast for the same cost or less.
