Pros: the beds were comfortable.
Cons: service
Location: shop and eat!!
the room was clean except the frig had left over items in it. we ask twice to be removed but that didn't happen.it took two times to asking to get a light bulb replaced. the ac made a huge noise!!!

Great hotel - fabulous location!

Pros: Location and luxury
Cons: Rooms could be a bit more soundproofed - hallway noise and can hear toilets flush in rooms next door.
Location: Restaurants, shopping and entertainment
Girl's trip to Santa Fe, great location close to the Plaza and shopping and restaurants. ANd only 2 blocks from Vanessies's, the best piano bar in Santa Fe!

Kel's Visit

Cons: Would have liked a call back from housekeeping.
Brought a friend and my daughter to Santa Fe for an overnighter. Didn't want to stay anywhere other than downtown. This hotel is in a great location to be able to walk everywhere in Historic Santa Fe. We got in late afternoon and had no trouble checking in. The hotel staff was smart, nice and accommodating. The bath was spacious and clean.. lots of room and the beds were soft. Over all experience was excellent. Hot tub is not to be missed.. especially after a full day on your feet. Will definitely stay here again. J.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL WAS GREAT - EXCEPT I QUESTION THE FACT THAT TWO OLD LADIES WERE PUT INTO A ROOM NEXT TO A LARGE GROUP OF YOUNG PEOPLE WHO EVIDENTLY LIKED TO PARTY AND CAME IN VERY NOSILY DURING THE NIGHT.DISTURBING OUR SLEEP. I AM ALL FOR THEM HAVING A GREAT TIME - JUST SEVERAL DOORS DOWN PLEASE .!! OTHER THEN THAT WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.

Terrible and way over priced! $610 for 2 nites in

Pros: Thought it was a good location. There are better hotels available in the area.
Cons: EVERYTHING! The price was absurd!! Terrible room!! Dark and dingy!!! Cold disgusting staff at the front desk and bell people.
Location: Better locations are available
OVERPRICED! Two nights in a "handicapped room" we were not told it was. $610 . No breakfast!!! or other extras!

Decent hotel on outskirt of the plaza

For the price, I was happy with the location of the hotel. Situated within easy walking distance to everything in the plaza. Skipped the restaurant in the hotel due to its lack of ambiance. Ate across the street at Eldorado when I wanted something close to my accommodations. Bed spread had a large stain on it (not very noticeable) and the a/c made crazy noises constantly, but other than that I was pleased with the room. I stayed on the third floor on the back side of the hotel (pool view w/ a king). Very pleased with April who works the front desk. Very displeased with (can't remember his name) the young sandy blonde headed kid with glasses who works the front desk. Maybe he just needs some etiquette and customer service refresher training, but he came off as very rude whether he knows it or not. Basically, he tarnished my overall impression of this Hilton (what does this say about mgmt). Next time I'm in the area I'll stay at the Eldorado across the street.

Girls Weekend in SF

The location and the room were great. I gave a lower score for cleanliness because the hot tub had dead bugs. The front desk staff were great. They had great restaurant recommendations as well as other information we asked for. The price was a little high. I've stayed in nicer for less, but customer service means a lot to me so I would stay again.

Great Location!

This is an awesome location from which to explore Santa fe's old town on foot. On the down side, the room did not have a tub. It was in an older part of the hotel that was nicely renovated in the rooms (but not really in the hallways). Also the staff knocked on the door more than once when there was a Do Not Disturb sign in place. Otherwise, it was great!

A one night stay on May 31, 2014. No staff members could relate how to use the gate entry or exit system for the paid parking lot. We had rooms 166 & 170. Hot water problem never corrected. After advising, hot water service was restored for only for a few minutes during entire stay. Restaurant service & food was excellent.
