Out dated furniture, finger prints on the refridgerator and the microwave. Sheets & shower curtain stained. The bathroom sink was clogged and the Keurig Coffee Pot didnt't work. Kids jumping in the room above us--asked if we could change rooms, was told sorry no rooms. Will not stay here in the future. Oh and PS the remote for the tv didnt work right. Dissapointed for the amount of money we paid.

Room was clean and nice. This hotel served all of our basic needs, providing a great place to stay with clean facilities. Simple/basic interior, nothing fancy, but for the price point, it can't be beat. Great value while fulfilling all of our needs.

There was noise all night, my card was charged an extra 80.00 dollars and when I called the front desk the lady was very rude with me and offered no help whatsoever.

This property requires serious cleanup and maintenance. They need to either clean or replace their carpet. I chose it because the location was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful but there is only so much they could do when the hotel needs major update and maintenance.

We have inspected your room and could not find any evidence of bed bugs. We are treating the room anyways.

Hotel was infested with Bed Bugs. I had to change to a different room 3 times due to the bed bug situation. Neighbor units were really loud & noisy with no consent of other people staying there. Awful hotel, customer service, rude staff, and terrible dirty rooms. I was unable to get a refund due to the hotel policy. I basically gave my money away because I did not stay there the last 2 nights.

The breakfast was pretty poor considering the fact this is a chain motel. There was pizza and hard eggs (cold served) for breakfast. No bacon-sausage-cooked eggs-beans or anything else, the only thing good was the waffles.

This was a pricy stay (probably because of the eclipse) and I expected the accommodations to match the price, which it did not. My main complaint was the woman running the morning breakfast. Breakfast hours were from 630 to 1000. We arrived at 8 and most of the food had already been eaten. The only hot foods (besides the DIY waffles were some gross, tasteless frozen omelets sitting next to an empty tray, formerly holding sausages, but now completely empty. We asked the woman in charge if there would be more and she answered, rather abruptly, NO. This was halfway through the breakfast hours and a line was forming outside of the area with hungry travelers facing nothing but toast and empty warming trays. We got up earlier the next morning to, maybe, find more food available, but we’re met with only frozen pizza. Who wants frozen pizza for breakfast? Anyway we thought for the price, the stay should’ve been memorable for the good and not for the bad.

I am sorry that it was a pricey stay, yes, it was because of the Eclipse and Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque. We do not offer sausage or bacon on our Continental Breakfast, it is usually considered a grab and go type of breakfast.

Don’t depend on breakfast but beds good
Room was great and front desk staff good but they need a larger trash can in the rooms. We had one small in bathroom only. And if you don’t get to breakfast by 7:45 very little food left and they don’t refill the food yet still open til 9:30.

The breakfast was terrible, and after check in went to room where the toilet didn’t flush properly and the TV didn’t work. Desk attendant did move us to another room which was marginally better. If you go, don’t stay in room 111.
