Over priced hotel.Posted Apr 26, 2015 on Hotels
Nice location, had to pay 25.00 more to check in, guess for hot water or sheets? The air cond did not work, had to raise window, and put a stick in to hold up. Ask for a wake up call, never came, alarm clock did not work. Wont stay here again.

Privacy and fresh air in the center of Santa FePosted Apr 23, 2015 on Hotels
If you can get you luggage all the way upstairs, you will have full privacy , you can keep your windows open day and night and have private balcony with table and chairs to enjoy any time ( you can't do it on first floor ) and you are right next to plaza!

Best Hotel in Santa FePosted Apr 21, 2015 on Hotels
This is my favorite place to stay in Santa Fe. Steps from the Plaza and an underground parking garage make it the best hotel in Santa Fe! The decor truly makes you feel as if you are visiting an authentic Chimayan village.

Windows would not close properlyPosted Apr 21, 2015
Windows would not close & room was cold despite the heater did not stop working, making the stay loud & uncomfortable. We didn't realize it until it was time to leave. It's difficult to just go up & complain to the front desk without being courteously asked about it. It's nice when the front desk makes u feel like u can ask for anything. Will not stay here again. Thanks

Close to the Plaza, downtownPosted Apr 20, 2015
Pros: Nice location, the room was clean and it has the ambiance of Santa Fe.
Location: Plenty of restaurants, shops and cultural opprtunities.
The Hotel is close to all the downtown shops, museums and restaurants so walking is easy. Parking is across the street. And while the Hotel does not serve breakfast, they have an arrangement with a restarant to deliver breakfast to your door.
