Cons: Could use more than just wooden blinds on bedroom window, intense NM sun will wake you up
Very comfortable, just out of busy state capitol/plaza area, small hotel feel. Great bed. Could use more than just wooden blinds on bedroom window, intense NM sun will wake you up. Partner had a massage 120/hr which was very nice. a little too cool to use hot tub. will stay there again.

Stop over: Loved ItPosted May 27, 2014
Wife and I were coming back from Az and wanted to spend a day in SF. Stayed one night, staff were extremely nice and helpful, room was really nice, clean and comfortable. I went and looked at the spa and wish we had more time to try it out, looked really nice. We normally don't eat at the hotel restaurant because we like to try local favorites but the weather was crapy so we decided to try it. They just redid their menu and it was great. The Gazpacho and watermelon soup was amazing but spicy. All the food was just as good. Side note the restaurant manager was so nice and really wanted us to be served well. Will come back to this place. Oh, don't worry, it is close to the center and they will take you anywhere you want to go.

Great service!Posted May 19, 2014
Loved staying here! My sisters and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was great, rooms clean etc. The hotel was an easy walk to the square. The shuttle service was terrific. They picked us up within minutes, even after hours. We would definitely return!

A Pleasing StayPosted May 18, 2014
Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful.
Cons: Updating furnishings and improved blinds on the window and balcony doors.
Location: The hotel is just a few blocks outside the downtown area and can be walked to by foot. The walking tour of Santa Fe is highly recommended.
The hotel is well run and the staff is friendly and professional. The room was not as clean or as comfortable as I expected. The furniture is worn and out-of-date and the blinds in the bedroom and sitting room do not hang straight or close all the way, making it difficult to fall asleep because moonlight shines through the openings. Also, the air system makes a bang sound when turning on and off. Probably will not stay here again.

Great New Mexican ExperiencePosted May 18, 2014
Pros: I loved the ambiance of the entire hotel. Everything in it was not like any other hotel I've stayed in. Typical Santa Fe.
Cons: Nothing need improving. One hundred percent satisfied.
Location: There are many art galleries and excellent restaurants in Santa Fe. The Native American Museums are a must to visit.
This hotel is very beautiful and has that typical New Mexican architecture which gives it the ability to put you into the spirit of Santa Fe.

Poor ValuePosted May 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
I was optimistic that the extra cost of this place would be apparent; it was not. There are also extra charges you can expect like those for using the services that every other hotel on the planet includes in the price of the room - and - the costly/lackluster continental breakgast. Save your money and pass on this one.

Beware of hidden charges.Posted May 13, 2014
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: The hotel needs refreshing.
Location: The hotel is within walking distance of all of downtown Santa Fe and Canyon Rd.
My bill included $19.00 a day for various amenities that I didn't use. I did use the wifi but did think $19 was off the charts for just that. The charge was reversed by nice desk staff. I think if the charges were added onto the room charge it would be acceptable.

Close to PlazaPosted May 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed in a standard King room with small balcony--Room was smaller than expected for price and bathroom was tight. Room was clean and sheets were wonderful-no coffee maker in room, but they set out coffee pots on each floor for coffee. Hotel looked full, but was exceptionally quiet. Didn't know about $19.00 hotel fee. Had a list of things that included, however, usually things that are typically standard at other Hotels-Tried to use taxi service, but due to miscommunication ended up walking to Plaza.
