Even Better than Expected

Posted Jun 15, 2015
Meeting friends in Santa Fe fulfilled my best expectations because of the pleasure provided by the hotel. The staff reflected excellent training as well as joyful personalities. Had we known of the wonderful shuttle service we would never have rented the minivan we thought we would need

Last Single Girls' Weekend

Posted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: Everyone was very kind and helpful! The hotel is clean and relaxing! Not too big, not too small!
Cons: Small bathroom.
Location: The hotel is in a great location! We could easily get to the Railyard area of the city, as well as the Plaza. The hotel is close to everything!
My mom and I stayed in Santa Fe for a long weekend this last weekend, June 11 - 14th, 2015. We loved this hotel! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful! The hotel staff was very accommodating and knowledgable! We enjoyed time in the restaurant/lounge every night listening to live music, breakfast in the morning out on the patio area, and tea and coffee in the afternoon. We worked out in the gym and we used the wonderful shuttle service to get around town. We couldn't have asked for a better stay! Thank you Hotel Santa Fe and Spa! We would recommend this hotel to anyone and the city of Santa Fe! -- The only, tiny drawback was the bathroom was a bit small for us two ladies to share.

Free shuttle makes all the difference.

Pros: Pueblo style. Great service. Nice little inner courtyard for sunbathing or reading in sun or shade.
Cons: The pool and hot tub are very small. The pool closed without warning one morning. Don't go here if all you are going to do is sun-bathing.
Location: Didn't venture into the vecinity of the hotel, except to get a Chicago Hot Dog across the street, which was yummy!
Even though its a bit further away from the plaza, they have a shuttle bus that will take and pick you up anywhere with one mile. This is wonderful, especially when going to a crowded event near the plaza. It worked beautifully for us. As a result of its distance from the plaza, the hotel rates are cheaper!

Needed handicapped space and it was great. The taxi/shuttle service is 10/10!! Look forward to making this our home base for every Santa Fe visit.

Love the view!

Pros: The staff. The desk, housekeeping, shuttle drivers, dining room host and servers. Excellent every day in every way.
Cons: If it were possible to change, the rooms are a bit too cozy. The bedroom made us glad to have a suite since you could barely walk around the bed.
Location: Bring your walking shoes, lots to do on foot. The arts brought us to Santa Fe.
Our third floor suite was quiet and looking out toward the hills and old town. Lovely. We wondered if being above the restaurant would be an issue, but we wouldn't have even known it was there if we hadn't ask what roof was below us. The restaurant in question was also where we dined our first night. An excellent choice, and after a long day, how nice to stroll down to dinner, have an exceptional meal, and not far to get comfortable and rested up for our next busy day.

Relaxing and warm

Many positives here--wonderful staff, very clean, Native American owned and themed, great live music in the evenings. We loved the location--easy walking distance to all the Santa Fe shops and museums but not in the middle of them. Quiet and a bit separate.
