Perfect little spot to stay in ok town Santa Fe.Posted Dec 2, 2013
We had to stay one night cuz we got stuck in Santa Fe cuz of road condition booked a room on expedia for a great price got ther it was amazing. We went snowboarding all that weekend and wanted a hot tub to relax in because we where a little sore. So the manager with no extra charge switched our room to b right across from the hot tub about 3 feet it was perfect I'm planning on staying ther now every time we go snowboarding in Santa Fe.

Interesting place! It definitely felt like a hostile type setting. . The rooms were cozy kind of like a bed and breakfast with its own personal touches. The hot tub area could have been cleaned up a bit.. otherwise a nice place to to stay for the value and location.

Lovely, boutique, hotel in the center of San FePosted Nov 9, 2013
Our stay in the Luxx was excellent, after fixing the mess that the travel service made of our reservations. It is a small exotic hotel with an excellent adjacent sushi bar,Izmi, & delightful breakfast and sandwich shop. The Luxx is convenient to galleries, the Convention Center, shopping, transportation, easy touring and State government centers. It is fun and quirky.

Nice hotel.Posted Nov 9, 2013
Great location near the plaza making shopping and attractions very walkable. Also very quiet. Free Netflix in the room was fun. Beds on the soft side. Very helpful staff. Parking was a trick and would expect it to be a nightmare during high season. That's when you just have to pay for the public lot. I would stay here again.

Very EclecticPosted Nov 5, 2013
Pros: Small hotel that was very private. It felt like we were the only guests staying there.
Cons: Better website.
Location: Just 2 blocks off plaza & close to Canyon Road. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. Coffee/Gelato shop & Sushi restaurant in front of building.
No southwestern decor, but still nice change of pace. Comfortable bed, and clean room. Since small, not always staffed, but staff available by phone. Garage parking extra charge.

Good location in santa Fe--convenient for walkersPosted Nov 4, 2013
Cons: I would recommend this hotel only to friends who knew what they were getting in to; did not need services or have dust allergy.
Maybe this is the best available for $99 in this city. Rather dark, a bit dank, just ok.A little worrying that the place is not very staffed--no desk at night, alternative entrance. But the staff on site were perfectly pleasant and helpful. When I asked if they realized that their web site did not work the reply was that it was in progress. That should be made clear online. One wondered if the place really existed with no way to be in direct touch, but no problem with reservation, or finding the place

Close to PlazaPosted Oct 26, 2013
No place to park and unload luggage - parking VERY expensive at $26 a day. Check-in staff was amazingly friendly.

Interesting Alternative near PlazePosted Oct 21, 2013
Pros: I liked the quiet location and small scale of the hotel. I also liked the location close to the Plaza.
We booked this room because other choices were not available. We would have preferred a "historic hotel" like the La Fonda or St. Francis, but booked too late. The room was quiet, clean and well appointed. The theme was a "design experience" and the room was furnished and design to reflect something an interior designer might do for a private residence. The hotel's location was very convenient to the plaza and center of downtown Santa Fe.

Stay at the Luxx Hotel`Posted Oct 21, 2013
Pros: Bryon did an exceptional job in getting us settled into the room and finding an additional room. He was always there and helpful from checking us in
My first encounter with the hotel my reservation was incorrect. The staff at the hotel explained that Expedia had overbooked and of the 2 rooms I book and paid for in advance only one was available. The staff was finally able to make some changes - fortunately, and saved the day.
