Enjoyed my brief stay-good choices at breakfast. Had a problem with my original room ( terrible odor) but moved to another room without ant problems

Welcoming stayPosted Apr 13, 2014
Pros: Great staff. Very convenient location.
Cons: Queen mattress a bit soft in our room - # 39
Location: Live music - easy walk. Georgia O'Keeffe. Museum.
Everyone at this hotel is incredibly helpful and friendly. We arrived late at nite and we're treated warmly by Manuel who remembered our names every time we saw him. The ladies running the breakfast kept a clean and well presented bar and we're always smiling - even at 7am. Nomar at the front desk spent a considerable amount of time with us discussing day trips, restaurants, the music scene, etc. He made a huge impact on what was a great and fun trip. We'd stay here again. Cookies in the afternoon, a comfortable lobby, and free water bottles, are all appreciated touches.

Wonderful old placePosted Apr 7, 2014
The ambiance is quite good, breakfast bar is better than most we have seen for comparable priced hotels. It is within walking distance of the square and some of the galleries. The only thing lacking is parking that is adequate for larger cars.

wonderful hotel in the center of town.Posted Apr 6, 2014
Location: located just three blocks from the plaza, it is convenient to shopping , restaurants, and most sightseeing.
we were very impressed by this hotel. It was extremely clean, the staff was very helpful, close to the plaza, and just real convenient. An added bonus is that they don't charge for parking. Many downtown hotels do just that. The breakfast was incredible. overall , everything was just about perfect.

Hospitality from a Simpler TimePosted Mar 31, 2014
They truly live up to those words. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were completely beautiful and comfortable. Walk in and there was a personal letter and a box of chocolates. And the view of the mountains is astonishing! I would definitely be back!

motel-like but very "Santa Fe"Posted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: The historic atmosphere and friendly management. They were using rain barrels under the downspouts to capture their scarce rainfall.
Location: Easy to walk to the downtown area.
THe Old Santa Fe Inn was very "old Santa Fe" in feeling. Lovely rooms ( we were upgraded to a junior suite), full breakfast and most helpful manager. This Inn is in the downtown section, close to the Governor's Palace and great shops. We were allowed to leave our car there after we checked out.

Everything it said it was. Comfortable, well located hotel near everything in downtown Santa Fe
