Relaxing place to stay.

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: Convenience to downtown. No charge for parking. A great buffet breakfast.
Location: Very close to downtown. Many good restaurants.
We met my daughter & son-in-law in Santa Fe and spent three nights in the Old Santa Fe Inn. We were pleasantly surprised with the nice room and friendly employees. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. The downtown is within a short walking distance. Overall our stay was a good experience.

Best stay ever

Posted Jun 28, 2015
Pros: Everything! We can't think of anything negative to say. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was always available. Beautiful place.
Cons: Nothing! Keep doing what you are doing!
Location: Plaza is within walking distance, so, food and shopping are right there.
This is a beautiful courtyard motel. Rooms are small but feel very big. Southwestern decor is perfect inside and out. Every amenity is available and well thought out. Breakfast is complete, served on real plates, with real napkins and silverware. You can eat inside or on the patio. Walking distance to Santa Fe Plaza. Comfortable, attractive. We loved our stay and will be back!!

Mi casa es suya

Posted Jun 14, 2015
Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. We arrived well before check in. They allowed us to park our car and made sure the room was ready as soon as possible. We were very impressed with the complimentary breakfast buffet. The best we have ever had! There was also a welcome note that included our name in the room& some very nice chocolates. We stay on Santa Fe often and plan to make the Inn our home away from home. Truly the exemplification of "mi casa es suya"

Pros: Please see above

Location: Please see above
This hotel is a perfect traditional New Mexico style hotel although not a big hotel but perfectly located and very comfortable. The rooms have a real New Mexico style chimney in the room the furnishing and decoration is extrenmely New Mexican which makes you enjoy your stay more. The hotel is situated approximately 4-5 blocks of Santa Fe Old Town, the staff is very polite and and eager to assist you breakfast is excellent and the surroundings are safe to walk day or night. Overall we enjoy our stay tremendously and felt very welcomed. Excellent experience.

Great location

Posted May 17, 2015
Pros: The location
Cons: Internet speed
Location: There are so many good restaurants-many have entertainment-flamenco dancing and classical guitarists-don't miss Bandolier ntl monument
Within walking distance to plaza and restaurants, very friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed. Internet is very slow-was unusable in my room and barely usable in the lobby. When I mentioned it to staff they expressed concern as they had just had it serviced

Best breakfast ever

Posted May 14, 2015
Lovely old world charm. Breakfast vast with fresh fruit, yogurt and granola, make your own breakfast burritos, bagels and fresh bread, waffles, juice, and Starbucks coffee. I don't think anyone can top their breakfast. We had a suite on the second floor with no elevator, and one of our travelers uses a walker, so that was pretty rough, especially getting the luggage upstairs. There is no bell hop service (or none offered). We asked for extra towels and the reply was, "We have some at the front desk." So it's sort of all self-service. The staff was friendly and helpful, but with only one person manning the desk, you may have to call several time to get an answer or to check in/out.

Fine hotel within walking distance of most places

Posted Apr 18, 2015
Pros: Has the best breakfast of any hotel I have stayed out
Location: Lots of historic buildings, shops, restaurants.
Arrived at 12:30 PM and was able to check in right away. Walked all over Santa Fe and didn't need the car. The breakfast was outstanding with everything you could want. Cookies are served at 4 PM in lobby.
