Hello Steven, thanks for your feedback. When you arrived there was a sign on the front desk that stated desk clerk would be back in 5 minutes and in fact, he was already returning from assisting another guest which was less time than stated. We do not have a bell to ring so in that aspect you are correct however our sign is always put in place if ever we need to leave to assist someone else. You were helped in a friendly manner even though you complained of "you people" taking too long to check you in which we did not complain to you about only assisted as fast as possible. Thank you for your feedback, a room with two double beds is just that, a room with two full sized beds. We will definitely have our maintenance team look into the door lock as well and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
