Santa Fe VacationPosted Oct 14, 2013
Pros: Very nice and comportable.
Cons: For Expedia, when a reservation is made for elderly person consider room reservation my mom is 89 and walking up and downstairs is difficult for many.
Location: Close to downtown plaza, shops, Loretto Chapel, Mission, Museums, parks all with in a couple of miles.
Centrally located the staff was excellent, and the accommodations were great. would definitely recommend and stay again.

Loved out stay here.Posted Aug 5, 2013
While this property doesn't have the Santa Fe ambience you might require for your visit, we found that it was very pleasant, comfortable and extremely well run. We also liked having the option of taking our meals out or cooking in our own kitchen. We enjoyed out stay and will most likely book there on our next visit.

Good hotel, great staff, some issues.Posted Jul 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
We enjoyed the Residence Inn, for the most part. It was a good hotel, nice staff, great location (minutes from plaza), decent breakfast. Our major gripe was that the ceiling was fairly thin. We could hear the person above us walking around constantly; even at 4 am. The food was decent as well. Eggs were iffy, my son ate them, but they looked like tofu or something. Staff were nice, gave us a play yard for our son to sleep in (1 year old). Parking was somewhat of an issue where we were located, a lot of people on that side of the complex. Pool was very nice, had a grill to use (gas). The hot tub was nice as well. Overall, if we went back, I will probably spend a little more and stay at a vacation rental home or somewhere nicer, but it depends on how many go with us.

A great find!Posted Jul 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
We've stayed in many places in Santa Fe, where we used to live, and loved discovering this hotel. Our room was wonderful - nice balcony, good bedding, lots of room, full kitchen, cleaned every day (early in the day, which we so appreciate), and the staff is very friendly. My very minor complaint is that the landscaping could use some help. Overall, a win.

Good enough but not outstandingPosted Apr 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
We had two minor complaints about the room after one night. Pointed them out at the front desk in the morning, and by afternoon they were fixed. Nice service. The hotel seems like it's in only average condition and certainly could use some maintenance. Still, if you have friends or family members as patients at the nearby medical center, this is a handy place. (That's not why we were in Santa Fe.)

Pros: Location to the hospital
Good, hotel, great rooms, great easy location and close to the hospital

It is good place. But it was cold at night. The door is not air-proof and the strong cold wind blown through it, while the heater is blown right to you face, when you are sleeping. So we've bought oil heater in Walmart and used the fireplace too.

newly renovated roomPosted Jul 20, 2012 on Hotels.com
This hotel suited our needs very well. It is very convenient to the hospital where my mother-in-law was. The rooms and lobby have recently been remodeled and are quite nice. I appears that they will soon be renovating the grounds which is definitely due. The pool gave our children a nice cool break, though it didn't seem very clean.
