In the centre of Santa FePosted Nov 16, 2013
Location: Los Alamos, Bradbury Science Museum
Charming hotel, beautifully decorated and very friendly staff. Great location in the lovely town centre. Seating outside for drinks and a good restaurant with live music. Room was great with a four poster bed and fire.

Exceptional service!!!!!Posted Nov 2, 2013
Cons: As I mentioned, although the rooms are well appointed, they are looking a little tired.
Location: Location is excellent. Close to shopping, art galleries, restaurants and museums. It is the perfect location!!!!!
This is our second experience at the hotel and we were not disappointed. We heard that the rooms are about to be updated in January and with that complete the hotel should be elevated to a 5-Star accommodation! The staff was exceptional; every detail of our stay was executed in a courteous and friendly manner. We didn't want to leave.....we felt like family. We also had invited our friends who had never visited Santa Fe and they were as impressed as we were with the outstanding service. We would return in a heartbeat........I want to see the redecorated suites!!!!

Disappointed!!!!!Posted Oct 31, 2013
Booked this as a last night splurge on our vacation. Snooty receptionist, Small overpriced room. Stay @ the La Fonda instead if you want to be on or near the Plaza. No other place to park so you have to valet and they add $20 / day to the already overpriced room. Would not stay here again, ever.

I appreciate your honest comments and do regret that you left feeling that our High Season rates did not give you the value you expected, however I appreciate that you took the time to advise us of these concerns and provide the opportunity for us to address and improve. We truly hope that we will have an opportunity to welcome you back to Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi in the not too distant future. Yours sincerely, Sandra Finlay, Managing Director

Probably the best hotel in Santa FePosted Jul 18, 2013
Pros: There's not much to dislike.
Cons: Mexican tile is so dreary. It would be nice if they could find a way to keep a southwest look without using Mexican tile.
Location: The Palace of the Governors is across the street and the square is at the corner. Stay at this hotel and walk to most destinations.
Small hotel, pleasant rooms, non-corporate atmosphere, excellent restaurant, an outdoor terrace that is lovely for breakfast, and a convenient location make this hotel the best choice in Santa Fe.
