The name of this lovely Inn is deceiving.

Pros: The people were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The grounds were lovely.
Cons: The air conditioning could have been a little colder for me, not bad at all, though.
Location: See above
I was very impressed with the accommodations and service at the Santa Fe Motel and Inn. I stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast was included on a covered patio, wood burning fireplace, ambiance extraordinaire! I told them that they might consider changing their name to the Santa Fe Casitas and Inn. Motel just does not do this lovely property justice. It is in a perfect location within walking distance to many great cafes and easy access to the downtown plaza. I would certainly stay here again. Very Santa Fe!

Great value!

Pros: Helpful staff, thoughtful details in rooms, charmingly decorated, good breakfast.
Cons: No complaints!
Location: The hotel is near the Santa Fe Plaza, with all of its museums, shops, and restaurants.
A charming motel, within easy walking distance of the Plaza. I've stayed at "name brand," high end hotels that have fewer creature comforts than this well-appointed place. My room was thoughtfully arranged and attractive. Even the free breakfast was delicious and hot.

Pros: Location, character, breakfast.
This is the special hotel that we are all hoping to discover. Nicely decorated rooms with patios in the casitas, wonderful staff and great breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

A gem

Pros: Staff. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Central location. Breakfast.
It's true - only a 10 minutes walk from plaza and restaurants. Helpful, engaging staff in office and at breakfast. My husband and I were in a standard room. It was cozy, delightfully decorated room, great beds. Clean room. Great breakfast of hot & cold items. Would stay again and recommend to others.

What a find!

Posted May 2, 2014
Pros: Price, location, amenities.
Cons: Parking is a bit tight, but workable.
Location: The famous Plaza is easy walking distance. Great restaurants and shops all accessible by foot. Galleries close by. Georgia O'Keeffe museum is close!
Charming hotel so close to the Plaza. Staff was wonderful...great advice on eateries and places to go. The room was so charming even down to adorable red chiles placed on the bath mat and towels and candles to create a special mood. The breakfast will satisfy all tastes. Scrambled or hard cooked eggs, pastries, breads, muffins, steel cut oatmeal, fresh cut fruit and on and on. Great bedding and comfortable beds in a quiet hotel where you can awaken to the sweet singing of "quiet" birds. A truly gentle awakening. Thoughtful touches all around to make this a definite repeat experience for me.

Great value and location

Santa Fe Motel is a great value. This is a comfortable, if a bit dated, little place in a great location and friendly staff. I will be staying there again soon.
