It was just terrible from the beginning! Starting w/no towels, no blow dryer and loud. I was so excited to visit Santa Fe for the first time but sadly hotel experience ruined my trip. We ended up leaving one day earlier. Stuff just didn't respong to out simple request to bring towels in order for us to take a shower or a working blow dryer. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. I'd NEVER stay there again nor I will recommended to anyone.

Nice parking lot view

Posted Dec 29, 2014
It's great to stay a night or two, no elevators so expect to lug your bags up the stairs. Friendly staff, easy parking and close to Starbucks. Springy beds but it gets the job done.

Santa Fe Suites, SF NM

Posted Dec 20, 2014
The evening staff was unpleasant and had hard time locating extra towels. The room was not clean, especially the bathroom. Found trash from previous guests in the kitchen. The couch and carpet were dirty. The breakfast selection limited, the danish rolls were stale. We will not return.

OK location

Posted Dec 17, 2014
Pros: low price
Cons: They need to follow through with service and the people behind the desk need to know the area better and give better directions .
Location: Not far from the airport, 12 miles, and about 20 minutes or less, close to town.
Stay was OK the heater was too close to the bed and made a lot of noise coming on and off. I was given the wrong directions on the best way to go to the airport, they told me to follow Rodeo road to the airport it was much faster to just get on 25 which is very close to the motel and take it to 599 and the airport. I was also not happy that they did not call me for my 4:30 wake up call. Poor service.

Comfortable but not the Cleanest

Posted Dec 12, 2014
Pros: location, price, felt safe, quiet
Cons: need to clean the upholstery and walls
Location: many pueblos, Bandelier National Park, history, mountains, museums - no shortage of things to do
Mostly clean, but there were handprint stains on the wall near the bed all 3 days, the couch was stained, there was evidence of quite a bit of repaired water damage. Room was a little dark with all the lights on (pulled the lampshade off to see better). Kitchenette well stocked to cook and clean, with grocery store in walking distance. Towels removed and washed before replacing (no midday showers if you don't save a towel). Breakfast area has stained chairs. Computer available.

Very Nice place, very comfortable:)

Posted Dec 10, 2014
Pros: clean and comfortable:)
Cons: lighting.
Location: Santa FE is a great funky place. I'm from Las Cruces, so really it was just New Mexico to me, lol but its a lot of fun.
went with my mom on my birthday trip. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. I was a housekeeper for four years and I know how hard it is, and the housekeepers aren't slacking:) The only thing was the room needed more lighting:) otherwise free wifi....mom and I were happy:)

Nice hotel for what it's worth

Posted Dec 6, 2014
Pros: It felt like you were staying in your very own studio apartment. It could be a really cute place with a little remodel.
Cons: Update the rooms
Location: Easy access to I-25 and close to downtown Santa Fe
Cute hotel with a studio apartment feel. A little out dated, but not bad. There is a kitchenette in the room with cooking utensils. At least with a longer stay, you wouldn't have to eat out all the time. Albertsons is located within walking distance makes it nice to pick up groceries if needed. The staff was pleasant and helpful if you have questions about the area. As I said, the rooms are outdated and are in need of an upgrade, but for an overnight stay, it wasn't bad. The only thing was that some of the pillows needed to be replaced as one we had was so flat it needed to be folded over to be used. I was actually questioning why housekeeping didn't toss it and replace it with a new one because it was unacceptable in my book. I could have asked the front desk for a replacement, but it was late when we arrived and I just wanted to go to sleep. Beds were a bit bouncy too. Breakfast is basic only offering oatmeal, cereal, toast, Danishes and pre-made French toast that needed to be reheated in the toaster. If your looking for a bargain hotel and not expecting anything more than a place to put your head down, I would recommend it and would stay again if passing through the area.
