Convenient to rverythkng

Posted May 27, 2015
Front desk staff not very friendly. One roll of toilet paper in room had to go to the front desk to ask for some. They screwed up my checking account by running charge through after they agreed not to. I paid cash. Did not accept responsibility causing me to get overdraft charges.

Nice little hotel

Posted May 24, 2015
Pros: The staff was friendly and very nice to work with. Good location. Nice hotel.
Cons: Can't really think of anything that could be improved upon. It was a great room for the price.
Location: There were plenty of things to do in the area. I happened to be taking a class the entire weekend though so didn't get to visit around the city.
I recently stayed here for 2 nights. The room was just right size-wize, clean, and had everything I needed. My room was located in the rear of the building on the 2nd floor and it was pretty quiet. I was really happy with my stay here and would choose this hotel again.

Wish the inside was as nice as the outside.

Posted May 24, 2015
Pros: The location and outside grounds are nice. Nice to have a fridge and microwave and laundry. Parking right outside the door and tons of open spots.
Cons: Get new beds and bedspreads!!
Location: Right next to the grocery store and Chinese restaurant and very short drive to a great reatsaurant called Playa Mirabel.
Booked this hotel for the price and because it looked like a great place to have my dogs. The location was great, off the highway and on the main street so easy to drive anywhere. Parking was great and there is a strip mall in the same parking lot so you can walk to the grocery store and a Chinese restaurant. There are walking trails attached and the grounds are very nice with lots of places to walk the dogs and even poop bag stations. But the inside was very dissapointing. The rooms are so tiny that we ran into each other just walking around and going in and out. The TV is actually bolted to the table! Like I'm going to steal it! So I couldn't turn it to get a better view or minimize the glare. The beds are the worst ever. Exposed bed coils from decades ago that are sagging in the middle. Also, I took the bedspreads off as I was kinda grossed out by it. I liked having a full fridge and micowave and used them both. I had to put my suitcase on the table so it was hard to eat off it. Lastly, we asked for more towels as there were three of us (my 10 y.o. nephew came) and we couldn't get them so we only had two bath towels and one hand towel and two washcloths. The light fixture bulbs were out and we asked for replacements but didn't get them so we had to turn on the bathroom fan for light. I was very dissapointed by those two things and didn't even take a shower my last morning there.

Inexpensive and fantastic

Posted May 21, 2015
Pros: my room, proximity to the grocery store, and all the sites and the clean fresh look
Cons: not really
Location: I was able to take my dog for a walk day and night - and drive to the Santa Fe river, Canyon drive was awesome, it was also close to 10000 Waves spa
I was delighted the moment I came to the reception - it was clean, sunny and fresh. My room turned out to be the same. I was traveling with my dog and kept my front door open so she could hang out. Very safe neighborhood. The kitchen did not have enough utensils and the reception gave me some. Having Albertsons next door was awesome - I bought fresh fruits and veggies. The ONLY concern I had was that the bath tub was too curved and I kept slipping - just keep that in mind. It is really close to all the sites and I highly recommend this hotel.

Santa Fe Stop

Posted May 15, 2015
Pros: Convenient location, little kitchenette.
Cons: Provide a hotel directory, add a gym, expand the breakfast, provide guidance on internet connection at check in.
Location: Banelier National Monument is with in 30 minutes. Downtown Santa Fe is within 10 minutes.
The hotel was conveniently located with in 3 miles of downtown. We had two rooms. It offered a continental breakfast and a kitchenette. In one of the fridge was noisy, both rooms could have been cleaned better. There were obvious areas that had no been vacuumed. One of the rooms smelled a little. However, the hotel was priced right and it did provide what we were looking for.

Cheap and quiet

Posted May 8, 2015
This is an inexpensive hotel that was a fine place to sleep. Everything was clean and usable. The air conditioning worked just fine and there was plenty of parking. There is a small kitchen and a grocery store within walking distance. It isn't fancy, but it was good.

Cozy Santa Fe Suites

Posted Apr 20, 2015
Pros: Price, good Wi-Fi, the appliances, dishes available and cleanliness
Cons: Iron in the rooms and flat screen TV for adding devices
Location: Close to supermarket, Albertsons. 10 minute walk.
It was a nice quiet stay. Good amenities, missing iron though would make it more convenient. Nice comfortable, working appliances, dishes and great for the price.

Room fits needs, check in early.

Posted Apr 19, 2015
Room was comfortable, met needs. Bathroom sink didn't have a stopper, important to me since I wear contacts. Nothing available to use for ice. Laundry room very clean. I really liked my room but the night clerk. Omg he was so rude, never made eye contact. Made us feel like we were imposing. He directed my boyfriend to the wrong building, took us a long time to find our room in the middle of the night. Day clerk was super friendly however and proudly told us about things to do in Santa Fe and gave us good directions.
