Good for the deal we got

Posted Nov 23, 2014
Pros: Clean and functional
Cons: better working TV and shower, more comfortable bed/sheets
Location: Location was great!
We needed to get to Santa Fe one day early for our vacation due to weather. So I found this hotel for $50/night. The staff were very nice and easy to deal with. The rooms were clean but very out dated. The furniture, kitchen, bathroom, and bed/bedding looked like they had not been updated in 10-20 years. Our bed was very firm (not what we personally desire). It was very clean. I would not recommend personally, but it was very clean and functional.

Sad Sad Room

Posted Nov 18, 2014
Pros: The price and location
Cons: All of the things that were wrong.
Location: It's near St. John's College and only minutes away from down town Santa Fe.
Dirty Carpets with water damage and stains, mattress falling apart, pillows had seen better days, kitchen not full prepared with cooking or eating utensils and only the small burner on 2 burner stove working. Last visit was much better.

Older

The unit was older than I had anticipated with a saggy couch and 70's looking kitchen. Not exactly what I was looking for.

Convenient downtown Santa Fe location

Posted Nov 10, 2014
Pros: Great price for excellent Santa Fe location off of US285
Cons: Room was far too dark. Additional lamps need to be provided
Location: Bandolier National Monument and the Ghost Ranch provide great hiking opportunities.
Excellent price for Santa Fe. Appears someone converted small studio apartments into a motel. Room was clean but furnishings were worn. The room was very dark as not enough lamps were provided to provide sufficient light in the room. Also, the continental breakfast was rather skimpy as compared to other hotels of similar quality level.

My stay was pleasurable; as pleasurable as a business trip can be. The amenities were good and staff polite.

Great business location

The staff were hit and miss at least the front desk staff. The cleaning department were right on. Over all it was above average and enjoyable.
