“This is an AWESOME Property”
From check-in through check-out, the staff was very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and capable. We stayed in the Hacienda. The room was nicely adorned and very comfortable, particularly the bed, with its down comforter and overstuffed pillows. The complementary breakfasts and coffee were excellent. And the complementary shuttle service was exemplary. I would recommend this place to ANYONE, and will definitely stay there again upon my return visits to Santa Fe.
“Very accommodating staff, clean and comfortable. Home away from home.”
We were very pleased with our choice not ever being to Santa Fe. The staff was pleasant, accommodating and personable especially Luba who was our butler. He always had a smile on his face and was easy to talk to. The shuttle service was a great help to get where we wanted to go at the time we wanted to go. Kudos to staff! The only other comment I would have is that our shower door needed to be fitted properly as it was difficult to open and shut. We would definitely return to Santa Fe's Hacienda Hotel and Spa. It was a great get away which provided great service, pleasant staff and very clean.
“Hacienda was terrific”
We thoroughly enjoyed the Hacienda and Spa at Hotel Santa Fe. The service was terrific, the southwest ambience delightful and the room spacious and comfortable.
“wonderful experience at the Hacienda!”
Everything was perfect, from check-in to check out!
“Nice retreat for us”
We stayed in the Hacienda on Valentines day, after a few days skiing. It was great! Nice-sized rooms with comfortable bedding and a fireplace in the room. It made for a wonderful wrap-up to our trip before heading home.
“Excellent Stay”
Absolutely perfect stay. Staff is extremely helpful and nice. Continental Breakfast was included in our rate and it was very nice. We were offered to upgrade it to a buffet breakfast for a discounted price in the main restaurant, but didn't need to. Rooms are very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
“Lovely hotel-so-so neighborhood.”
Everything about the Hacienda and Spa was first class except its location which was semi-light industry but I believe is being redeveloped so will probably improve in the future. The hotel has a shuttle to take you to the central square or any of the museums.
“We sould stay there again”
We stayed at the Hacienda which is just a smaller hotel building attached to the SPA and work out center. It is separated from the main hotel by a covered walk way. Our room in the Hacienda had a gas fireplace, was nicely decorated, and had a very nice bathroom and shower. The room was very and hotel were very comfortable for the price. The continental breakfast was pretty decent and you could also order other breakfast items ala carte but still take advantage of the breakfast bar. It is a bit of a walk from the plaza but we had a rental car and the hotel offers free shuttle. We were very pleased with the Hacienda and Hotel Santa fe. We would stay there again.
“Friendly staff”
Enjoyed a spacious "accessible" room that was very comfortable and conveniently located for our activities. Only complaint was there was no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. That would have speeded up the getting ready process. Excellent complimentary breakfast and shuttle service around town. We would happily stay there again.
“We would go back”
As this was our first trip to Santa Fe, we have no other hotel experiences for comparison. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Hotel Hacienda is a hotel within a hotel and our butler met us at the front desk and directed us to convenient parking area. The architecture is traditional Pueblo and the facility itself was beautiful. Our room was large, nicely appointed, and serviced twice daily. The butler staff was attentive but not hovering. We enjoyed the continental breakfast on the top floor balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains to the east. The hotel is an easy ten minute walk away from the Plaza. There is a small but perfectly adequate fitness area in the Hacienda, but we were dissapointed that you couldn't use the hot tub on the Hacienda's roof unless you availed yourself of a spa treatment. All in all we were pleased with our choice and would go back.
