We booked A room here and it was nice! Manger super respectful and helped us out with our issues . But on the other hand female night staff was EXTREMELY disrespectful and rude.

Quiet, clean hotel in a pretty location wirh nicely landscaped grounds. Its not far from the Plaza, and is a convenient location to drive to anywhere. The view is beautiful, and this was our second stay. Prices get high at popular times to visit in town. The night staff was pleasant and interesting but not very knowledgeable, and we had trouble getting our room on the list for cleaning. We had a 5 night stay and never managed to get it done, so that could have definitely been better. Other than that, we totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Nice hotel, nicely decorated, and beautiful surroundings.

I had a nice stay but nothing special. Nice place, decent value. No breakfast, no microwave, no fridge. Close to a grocery store.

We had two rooms and stayed for two nights. We were not told that they didn't make up the beds and replace towels after the first night. When I spoke with the front desk, they said that they only cleaned roooms every 3 days. The 2nd night I literally had to make my own bed which was very unkempt as I slept poorly the night before. (I am disabled and I was in tremendous pain). I don't go to a hotel to make my own bed or to beg for a clean towels. I would never recommend this hotel. The rooms in general need to be updated/remodeled. The carpets were stained. The cushions in the chair looked very old and dirty. There were water marks on the desk, no phone in the room, and no alarm. Also, no mini-fridge. I was shocked.

Overall good, great place & great staff. The facilities were great, but I don’t agree that it is ethical to charge an amenity fee, when most of the amenities are not able to use/access because they are being worked on or not in season. The transparency with this prior to booking would have changed my opinion on staying to avoid paying extra fees for the amenities we didn’t have access to. Other than that it was fine.

This hotel is located a 7 minute drive from downtown Santa Fe, so it is very convenient and a good value for the price. It is quiet and peaceful, very clean. The staff were very courteous, professional and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. I think they need to provide a hot breakfast for guests, but as you are quite close to downtown there is access to many places to eat. Only one complaint about the room: the bathroom toilets are too low to the floor. I am quite tall and it felt as though I were about to sit in one of my toddler's chairs. O

We enjoyed our stay at the Lodge for many reasons, the location is close to the Plaza but not busy like other ovations can be and the parking is great. The room was large and roomy and we enjoyed meeting up with family in the lobby, it had great seating and a nice large table for us to play cards! We will stay here again and hope that the restaurant is open by then. They did have a Nice tea and coffee bar in the lobby but if you want a meal you cant dine onsite.

Good location especially if you are skiing at Ski Santa Fe. It’s a nice 10 minute walk to the Plaza. Hotel will be undergoing remodeling this year.

Overall, I'd say our stay was fine at the Lodge. Here's our experience. We were there for 3 nights starting the 25th December. The location is good. 5 mins drive to the plaza. 3 mins drive to CVS, grocery store so that was convenient. The other hotel right in the plaza area (that's dog friendly) was a bit pricey so this was priced better for us with our puppy. The front staff was friendly. The entire time of our stay, the cable was out . So no TV in the room and it didn't get fixed for 3 days. Cable was out in the entire hotel. The room was clean. The heater in the room was extremely loud when turned on so we kinda kept it off for the most time. Beds are in the softer, bouncy side. Not something we prefer but it was fine. Overall, I'd say for the price it was good for being close to the plaza area and with our dog with us.

Though not located in the Santa Fe downtown, the property is just a few minutes away for from all the historic and artistic attractions which makes it super convenient at very affordable rates. The views from the hotel are great. I would have loved it if they had breakfast at the property.

Perry is the BEST!
My check in at this hotel was the best experience! Perry was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It was an anniversary trip. We are so happy we stayed here and will let all of our friends and family know about what a wonderful staywe had.
