"Nice stay"
Very comfortable & very well located. It could be better if the rooms had a microwave & the valet parking service/cost should be an option, not obligated.

"WORLD CLASS SERVICE!"
My parents wanted to celebrate their anniversary and I gave them the stay as a present. Eloir Almaguer helped me out to set up the Room, the Restaurant in town, the transportation, the Suite and a lot more amenities for my parents. He definitely went the extra mile in customer service and created a WOW moment. He did such a FANTASTIC JOB with the surprise set up and the follow up of the event that now I am recommending the hotel to my friends and relatives just because of his customer service. We were so happy with the hotel and the service my parents received from Eloir Almaguer, that we will stay a few days just to enjoy the hospitality and customer service!!! It is hard to find such a world class service in a city like this. I greatly appreciate his help and customer service. I hope the upper management of the hotel reads this note and notice the outstanding service we received from him. My parents were so pleased with the service and the facilities of the hotel, they will come back soon just for pleasure.

"Excellent hotel and restaurant!"
The only thing I would add is an extra drawer or two in the guest rooms - not a big deal, but would make it just a little more comfortable. We would not only recommend this to a friend - we'll return again ourselves!

Not only a great property, the rooms were actually much cheaper than I paid on Expedia. Concierge was very helpful in obtaining dinner reservations on both Christmas Eve and Christmas night. A very pleasant stay.

"Overnight stay."
Great inn for an, overnight stay. Close to everything. A short walk to everything. Would not be good in the summer; no pool, no restaurant, no resort amenities, but well appointed with many features of a 5 star hotel. Accommodating staff and very good breakfast. Am staying there again on my return trip and this time booking s suite ..

Where to stay in Santa Fe

    Santa Fe Hotel Guide

Santa Fe, New Mexico, the oldest capital city in the United States, is an alluring destination with a little something for everyone to enjoy. Hotels

Many of the hotels in Santa Fe are conveniently located in downtown or Cerrillos Road. While these two hotel hot spots are within easy access of each other, they differ in their ambience and appeal. Downtown has a historical vibe with an old Western environment, while Cerrillos Road is a much more modern area with an urban feel. Regardless of where you book one of the Santa Fe hotels, you’ll find a variety of lodging options, from budget-friendly motels to splurge-worthy accommodations.

    Transportation

One of the best ways of getting around is to reserve a Santa Fe rental car in advance. With the exception of downtown, which is walkable, there are a number of roads that run through the city and are easy to navigate. Many of the streets do have sharp turns, so take care when cruising along these roads.

The city also provides the North Central Regional Transit District, which is a free bus service that runs Monday through Friday. The routes service communities in Santa Fe, along with Los Alamos, Rio Arriba, and Taos. The Santa Fe Trails also offers bus service to the area, with routes to Crosstown, Cerrillos Road, Agua Fria, and Rodeo Road, among others.

    Travel Basics

Realize that Santa Fe is a high-altitude destination, which can contribute to a number of health-related problems if travelers are ill prepared to handle it. Focus on staying hydrated, pack plenty of sunscreen, and be especially vigilant if you’re hiking to even higher altitudes. Some visitors may feel experience headaches, or feel nauseated and especially tired when acclimating.

For vacationers who plan to get behind the wheel during their Santa Fe travels, take caution. Drivers in this area are notorious for running red lights, so remain extra focused around intersections. For whatever reason, items failing off of trailers and pick-up trucks are another common occurrence. Remain alert while driving on these roads and maintain a safe distance behind other vehicles.

    Weather

Santa Fe presents four distinct seasons each year. The winters usually experience temperatures around 40 F with the chance of snowfall. When spring rolls in, the climate is dry and offers arguably some of the best temperatures all year round. Come summer, the heat spikes around 90 F, but afternoon thunderstorms help to cool it down during July and August. Autumn brings cooler temperatures and crisp evenings before the winter chill sets in.

Santa Fe is a scenic destination, located at the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, where anytime is a good time to visit. Allow us here at Expedia.com to match you up with cheap flights to Santa Fe, along with car rentals and hotel rooms to suit all your travel preferences.
