My stay was good for a last minute choice and the room was tidy. My issue was the cleanliness of the walls, the shower was non functional the TV non-oporational plus no remote and it sounded like someone was trying to enter our room five times during the night.

Disgusting! Had my room switched 3 times due to uncleanliness and unhealthy living condition. Bugs in rooms, dog food lying around, mini fridge covered in mold inside. I settled with the 4th room just because I had arrived to my check in at 1 am. I do not recommend! And when asked for extra towels the worker mentioned he was allowed to give me limited amount it was ridiculous the towel itself barely covered my leg.

There must have been a smoker in the room caused it smelled of cigarettes. My fiancé immediately had trouble breathing because she’s asthmatic. We had to rush home for her to do her treatments and management refused to refund the fee. We were in the room for about 20 minutes. That’s why we bought the insurance and we expect you to honor it and reimburse us please

I don't recommend anyone to stay at this place, every single worker no exception was rude. I even realized i left items behind, and called right away. They all claimed they didn't find anything, when i know for a fact i did. No costumer service skills at all. very disappointed.

For the most part the stay was decent and the staff were pretty friendly but then when I told them I had mosquitos all over my room biting up me and my little sister and that I got a rash from staying here the employee tried to tell me I’m the one that brought the mosquitoes in my room. There’s a lot of bugs all over the property especially on the outside. I tried to go swimming in the pool and I literally had beetles and bugs chasing me and the pool was very dirty and disgusting
