somewhere to relax without loads of tourisitsPosted Oct 11, 2011 on Hotels.com
This hotel is situated in a small village in the countryside so don't expect lots to do. The hotel is clean and tidy with friendly staff and a well stocked bar where they make a fantastic Mojito cocktail. The views are not up to much and no insect nets mean you need to take precautions. The restaurant is a little pricey and a little fussy for my liking but if you like truffles and such like, you will love it.

not a 4 starPosted Jul 2, 2011
I am very suprised that this hotel managed to get 4 stars. Ok, it is the only hotel in the area but it is very old. staff is friendly but again this is very old, very outdated hotel.

Hotel Borgo il Poeta in ItalyPosted Jun 7, 2011 on Hotels.com
The hotel was ok but there was a definite language barrier - if you stay here you really must have a car, a bit too raural if you want to see the sights of Pisa, Florence etc.
