I paid way too much for this service and quality.

Pros: The breakfast was good.
Arrived and was met by a grouchy woman who made no eye contact and never put down her phone. Arrived to our SUITE to dead (dried and curled up) bugs on the floor outside the bathroom and inside the closet. Incessantly barking dog outside . Slept well despite this, and the beds were comfortable. Arrived back to the hotel on day 2 - our room keys did not open the door. Went back to the main desk and the same grouchy woman was there. She scanned 2 new keys for me. No apology, no explanation. Entered our room, and the beds were never made, room not straightened. Towels were left at the sink, and the trash emptied. The dirty coffee grounds from the prior morning were left for me to deal with the following morning. Blech! When I returned home, I called the manager of the hotel, and I was told there was nothing she could do because I had booked through Expedia. Glad to leave, and will never be back

Cons: Handicap room needs to be closer to elevator because it is very difficult for people with disabilities to walk the distance.
Not a pleasant stay because we were given a room so very far from the elevator. I was exausted.

It is always a little frightening traveling through unknown territory but I was very glad we booked this room. It was clean, comfortable and great to have a good hot breakfast. We will stay again tomorrow on our way back the other direction.

Noise=no sleep

Front desk personnel were rude. Presley acted like I was bothering her when I checked in. Dog barking on one side of hotel; freeway on other. Bring ear plugs if you want any sleep.
