Make sure your room is not in the pool area!!

Check in was good, clean room but room was located in the pool area. The sign said pool closed at 10pm but the staff ignored a very large noisy crowd of teenagers to swim till I'll called the desk at 10:45.

nice stay. Staff was great. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a terrible experience! We were on the bottom floor which was great until we looked on the ground and right outside our door there were what seemed like hundreds of small and medium sized bugs. We opened the door and several of them were also inside our room. We of course paid extra because we had our pets which was no problem, until I realized our room didn't have a remote for the TV. I called the front desk to let them know my concerns and was told they knew there wasn't a remote in the room and that they were ordering one. I informed the manager the next morning of my experience and was told the bugs are normal and that they do have extra remotes but the lady that worked last night didn't feel like bringing my family one!! I thought that was terribly rude! I also was not offered a discount or anything. But of course it was ok to pay extra for my dogs tho. Definitely won't recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay there again.

Nice hotel & staff!

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, indoor facilities are terrific!
Cons: They need an elevator.
Location: Small town but plenty of food and gas choices nearby.
Everything was great except for the fact that they have 2 floors and NO elevator.
